This place has some of the worst customer service that I have witnessed in my life. They burned my sport coat on Friday and didn't notify me until I went to pick it up on Saturday morning. The lady at the front desk lied about not knowing where to find it. She then got on the phone and went to the back and found it immediately. I went back to the cleaners on Monday and I was told it would be a day or two before the issue would be resolved. It was Thursday before I got the issue resolved and then they gave me the lowest price they could think of. They made no attempt to call me and resolve

In February 2015, I dropped off a 2 piece ivory Kasper suit valued at $198 at the Tri-City on 13th Street in Phenix City , AL. When I returned to pick up my suit the cashier gave me the wrong suit. I didn't notice it until I arrived home. When I returned to Tr-City cleaners on the next business day to return the wrong suit, the cashier stated that according to their computer, the wrong suit was my suit. Another cashier admitted to entering a 3 piece suit in the computer upon me dropping off my 2 piece suit. The employees told me that the wrong suit had to be my suit because it was the only

In Dec. 2014, I dropped off an article of clothing at cleaners to be promised within 3 days. The article of clothing is a tailored Ann Taylor Trouser valued for $98. When I arrived at cleaners to pick-up article of clothing the employee at Tri-City cleaners, 280 Bypass, Phenix City location, the employee was unable to give me any information as the article of clothing could not be located. I told her I would return later in the week for follow-up.
