Picked up a pair of pants yesterday that were wrinkled. One area looked like claw marks. The young girl behind the counter said she was sorry but offered no refund or any help. No manager was called. She stated that the lady usually checks them before sending them out. I emailed a complaint and left my number but no response. I wouldn't usually be this upset but it is for a wedding tiday!

Horrible service, the customer service person at the counter was very rude and lack customer service experience she is representing the business in the worst way. I came in to pick up some dry cleaning and was surprised at the cost of the dry cleaning I made remarks that the cost was excessive and the person behind the counter responded stating that it was fine if I thought that the price was excessive I stated that I would have to write a review and she stated that would be fine if I wrote a review reflecting the negativity of the business. In April I took my deceased father's WW II, 1945, USMC Dress Blue uniform to be cleaned (it was discovered in his closet after his passing) and it is now being passed down to my son (a current 11year US Army veteran, SFC, Combat Engineer at Fort Drum NY). It obviously has some soil marks, severely yellowed white gloves and even a small moth hole or two. This location and team willingly and kindly accepted the task for me to clean and in doing so, cared for this family heirloom as though it were their own. They took their time and within 7 days as promised, returned it to us in the best possible

The lady here on this day is very mean rude and disrespectful. I ask her about alteration and a seamstress. She told me they have no one. I then seen a sign on the door about a seamstress and ask her about it. She proceeded walking to the door and told me to read it for myself. The seamstress there is likely 12. Staff is rude. I dropped a dress of to have it cleaned. Never got a call about picking it up. Tried to call them no one picks up. Waited 1 month. Went there to pick up my dress because it must be done right? They never even cleaned it and the stitching was the worst thing I’d ever seen.

Great dry cleaning business that is next door to Publix on Bradley Park Drive. The do an excellent job and never gouge you with their pricing. I have never had anything double creased or had anything damaged. Every spot I ever pointed out was removed. I have used them as long as they have been at that location and have been very pleased.

I read your review but cannot find you in my records as being a customer of ours. I don't have any Williams at all that had an alteration done the whole month of January. Zero attention to detail. It seems as if they could care less if they do a good job or not. All of my clothes came back only somewhat clean. I asked them to get out something I spilled on my lapel. I got it back with the stain still there. I took it home and used Dryel and it came right out. I also had them replace a zipper on my dress. I am posting a picture so you can see the careless rushed job and the puckering. I would not recommend them as there are much better quality and much better service at lower prices other places in town. It also smells slightly of cigarette smoke in the store.

Unfortunately, that meant we were completely down all day on Monday. We were able to drive to Atlanta and purchase a new board and install it so we could operate Monday night. Worst dry cleaning service I've used in my life. At first, I was willing pay to the extra $ for the next day service. I drop off my clothes, come in the next day to hear that the boiler broke and it would be another day, I'm okay with this and agree to come back. I come back the next day and all my clothes are in except for 2 pieces they forget to put on the truck. Employee apologizes and tells me to pick them up the following day free of charge. I come back the next day and speak with a different employee, that employee tells me there's no discount and that it's "not my fault that the boiler broke

Got my clothes cleaned fine. But their staff that works the desk doesn't do any actual cleaning or stitching so they (at least the girl I worked with) couldn't provide me with any detail regarding my clothes. (like whether or not they could actually do the things I needed) When calling a few days later to check to see if they were finished, the call rang and rang until it hung up on me, I called back, the same thing happened. The third time, someone finally answered.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. First visit was acceptable, although none of the staff were very friendly. Second visit they did not remove stains from shirt. They offered to "run it back through", but the shirt was needed the next day. Third visit was again acceptable. Fourth visit, they did not remove stains from shirt or slacks. This time I demanded they "run them back through". That was Tuesday. Today is Thursday and the VERY RUDE employees have no idea where the items are! They are trying to locate them! WHAT? DO NOT TRUST YOUR CLOTHING TO THIS BUSINESS

RUINED my brand new dress! They made sign a liability waiver for a beaded decoration on the hip- should have been my first warning to run! I got the dress back and not only was the beaded decoration ruined, but the dress had runs and picks in the fabric in dozens of places! It looks terrible!!! And was still wrinkled! AND they didn't even bother to mention this when I picked up the dress, so I had to go back after I got home!
Of course they claim it's not their fault- that they dry-cleaned it properly, that I should just contact the manufacturer. Uhhh

Pulled up to the drive up window to pick up my shirts, paid for them and instead of walking though the door next to the drive in window and hanging my shirts in the back of my car she handed them to me through the drive up window. I looked at her puzzled and asked why she couldn't hang them in the back and her reply was they weren't allowed to go outside. Why have the door next to the drive up window? Why would I pay someone to clean and press my shirts only to throw them in the seat and not hand them up? Glad I'm only in town for 2 weeks, I would not give this cleaners my business

I left my husbands dress blues there for a week to get his ranks changed and to get dry cleaned. The jacket came back very clean but after a week and very simple instructions of removing the old rank patches and adding the new ones, they simply decided to add the new ones below the old ones!!! And then had the nerve to try and charge me almost $12 for both!!!! I have never been to a more incompetent cleaners before and would NEVER go back there!
