I’m afraid I don’t have many positive things to say about EyeBuy Direct. I ordered prescription glasses, progressive lenses with the blue light filter. The glasses received did not have the blue light filter. I contacted EyeBuy Direct and was sent replacement glasses. Not only did the replacements not have the blue light filter, clear vision through the glasses was only possible in the straight forward view. View to either side is distorted and blurry. While customer service tried to help, the quality just isn’t there. I will not be able to use either of the glasses shipped to me, I suppose

This website is a SCAM! I simply want to return my product, but they have no system for returns - they force you to either swap low quality glasses out for another pair, or tell you that you're on your own! I've tried MULTIPLE pairs of their glasses now and they all fit like they're made for children. I simply want a modern return policy where I can just send them back and receive a refund (I received them less than a week ago). It's just more cheap, overseas, mass-produced junk with this company - BUYER BEWARE. You're better off just buying the cheap stuff on Amazon, getting fast shipping, and

I love my new sunglasses! The website is super easy to use and really appreciated the "try on" option. This gave me a great view of what my new sunglasses would look like on my face. The sunglasses arrived right on time and the packaging was great. I was so excited when they arrived and they are awesome! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I bought 3 pair of glasses from Eye Buy Direct and as a 1st time buyer I was extremely apprehensive. When I received my order I was beyond satisfied. Each pair was exactly as shown on the website. They fit great and didn't slide down my face. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The glasses were nice and sturdy and the clarity of the prescription was spot on. The ordering process was easy. My eyeglass prescription was transferred to the EyeBuyDirect site, I picked the frames I wanted, and my glasses arrived as ordered. I spoke to a customer service representative, who confirmed my order specs. The whole buying/ordering experience was great. The pricing for my bi-focal lenses was less than any store I visited. I would highly recommend this business.

The process of virtually trying on, buying and getting the frames was very easy. The downside was that I had to spend a lot of time adjusting the temple tips to get them to stay on my face without sliding down my nose. I wish this company contracted with someone to help fit the frames once you purchase them. Depending on how durable these glasses are, I would likely buy here again.

I purchased two pairs of glasses . This is my second time ordering with EyeBuyDirect. The glasses are great quality. One pair came scratched and customer service was great with the return and replacement. There’s a huge variety of glasses to choose from and their BOGO sales are awesome! I will definitely continue to order from them in the future.
