I hate to jump on but the $105 for 10 minutes to tell me he was unable to fix the washer (or that it would be $400 and not worth it) seemed excessive. Especially since he barely looked and more listened. I don't doubt his expertise, I do dislike the lack of service. This was not an emergency call and not off hours. He said "I am 10 minutes away, you want me to come now?" when I called him. He did enjoy showing me his fancy paint job on his truck telling me how expensive it was (it was flames). Not a great idea to brag about expensive paint jobs on your truck after charging $105 for basically something
