We specialize in commercial and industrial flooring applications such as coating removal, surface prep, concrete polishing, epoxy, and urethane.
Epoxy is a non cementitious product that is applied to the top of the surface. Epoxy flake floors and metallic epoxy are most commonly used. The advantage of epoxy is since it is non-porous, odor causing bacteria, grease and oils, along with other spills stay of the surface and can be cleaned easily.
What an outstanding job! They were there when they said, did what they said they would, and worked hard the whole time. The result is amazing! The compliments have been pouring in. I will be using them again. As a contractor in the state of Florida we have utilized JDL on many projects throughout the state over the last few years.
Epoxy flooring systems provide a tough and durable finish that is environmentally friendly (LEED compliant). It is ideal if your concrete has minor imperfections that you don't want to see. JDL resurfaced our garage with an epoxy system that looks fantastic and wears better than concrete. Went with a blue flake system. The owner was on-site the entire time and the work was perfect. No overspray, marks or imperfections. Looks brand new!

James and the crew are top notch! I have been in the coatings business for over 17 years. In the last 2 years I have had the chance to use JDL on several projects. We have worked together on everything from floor prep and ceramic carpet kitchens to metalic epoxy, aircraft hangers and concrete polish. Every time they have exceeded our expectations. The floor was an old and broken terrazzo tile, and JDL completely ground down any imperfections, sealed the old floor, and poured concrete to create a level surface. Then they were able to create exactly what we asked for, an artistic acrylic finish, creating a beautiful, clean, new surface for our client's boutique. We love the job they did, and the clients love it too. Thank you JDL!
