Everyone at Clark Legacy Center was professional, personable, informational and most of all, kind and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else now that I have had such a positive experience at CLC. Highly recommend Clark Legacy for all your funeral needs. A husband and wife loved to dance and specifically do the jitterbug. During their life celebration event, we had professional dancers come in and danced the jitterbug during the reception. We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience at Clark Legacy Center. We made several changes to the details of a pre-arrangement plan and the staff was very accommodating regarding the alternations. Because our service was on a Sunday, flowers could not be delivered to the church; our Funeral Director accepted the deliveries on his day off and then notified us so that we could arrange transport to the church. His approach to excellent, "second mile" family support and service cannot be overstated. We are extremely grateful for his many kindnesses.

Clark Legacy did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of my mother and father’s last wishes and funeral arrangements. The entire staff was so sincere, genuine, caring and listened to our every detail and wishes and accommodated every single one of them. They also follow up with you periodically afterwards just to check on you, offer free services such as daily inspirational quotes that have really helped me from loosing both parents 3 months to the day from each other. 5 star rating is not high enough for Clark Legacy. They deserve a 100% rating across the board. They will always take care of myself

Staff was very helpful however I felt they were too quick to seek payment for service. And even though they lowered the “standard rate” for a basic cremation, I still thought it was rather high. A couple weeks later, I heard a commercial for a competitor in Lexington that also offers an on-site crematorium, so I checked their website and they were SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive. I’m waiting to see if Clark Legacy Center will offer a partial refund as I have requested. If so, my review will definitely be upgraded.
