I had L5-S1 with Dr. Gallo on Dec 16th and the anesthesiologist was Adam. Adam was an absolute nightmare.
Adam got me mixed up with another patient and while I was waiting for surgery and getting prepped kept asking me why I was late and swore up and down we had talked the day before about coming in earlier at 11:00am. I never got a call from him.
I had missed a call while on my way from Anne, saying they were ahead of schedule and could probably get me in earlier than my 1230pm check in time, so to just come on in when I get there.
She verbally instructed my husband and I also have a voice

I had S1L5 PLIF done with Dr Miller in July. I am very happy with his surgical skills and my scar is so small and pretty. He is a surgeon.. they are evaluating you from a mechanical view not a social emotional view. He is quick and to the point but my husband and I really enjoy talking with him. He truly does care just not going to coddle you.

I saw dr Miller the staff was friendly and my surgery was scheduled shortly after my consultation for a C4-5 disk replacement. Surgery went great extremely clean incision and heald nicely. I did find Dr. Miller to be a serious person not all jokes and takes his work very serious I did not find him to be all that warm but I was looking for a surgeon to fix my neck not a life coach to cheer me up or give me a pep talk.
I recommend him 10/10

Waited 3 weeks no appt so called and very rude gal told me my insurance would not cover. She didn't even try because I would have received a response from my ins co. This place SUCKS

Dr gallo is too worried about her fake nails and high heels to really care about patients. Her staff are very unprofessional and unqualified to be i the positions they are. I would never trust my life with anyone dr gallo or her staff has any part in. She needs to go ballroom dance with her materialistic snobby self and give up the medical field.

Dr. Gallo did my neck fusion and it was a fine experience. However, the NeuroSpine office is a mess. I called it to see Dr. Gallo for neck pain (which Dr. Gallo has been managing for 20 years). They were not nice, they couldn't find my file and claimed that, since I haven't seen Dr. for 3 years, I need a referral. MRI also needs to be ordered by "another doctor." They insist it's "the office policy." My insurance doesn't require a referral. When I called my regular Dr. they (rightfully) told me it's my surgeon who has to order the MRI. My other option was to go to ER, during the pandemic, and spend

All of the 5 star reviews are fake. If you’ve ever been here you know it. I had surgery there 6 months ago after waiting a year for surgery. I never saw the surgeon (Dr Miller) but once before surgery. After surgery I saw his PA who was rude, unhelpful and treated me like I was a drug addict. Never have I ever abused drugs. I’m in healthcare so I’m pretty forgiving for a lot that happens in clinics. Today they canceled my appointment on the 23rd (a week from now), told me to come in today at 3pm. The appointment was to go over the MRI I had done over a month ago. I came a half hour early

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They have mistreated my fiancé not just as a patient but as a human being. He has been going to Dr. Miller for over a year. The staff has always been rude, short, and just blatantly disrespectful. They treat him like he is a drug addict, mind you he is not even on pain medications or muscle relaxers of any sort. He has herniated disks and severe stenosis. His back injuries aren’t minor. He had an MRI completed 02/20/2021, and an appointment scheduled with NeuroSpine for the end of March to go over said MRI. They called him this morning 3/15/21 and

Dr. Christopher Miller and staff as well as Two Rivers were excellent! Very confident going into the process and that confidence was well placed. I came back to work two weeks after my C5 replacement and my coworkers couldn't believe I actually had surgery, the incision was placed in a wrinkle and you can't even tell. My pain and arm numbness were gone day one! (it does take a little time to adjust to the new normal and work out the surgery stiffness) now 4 weeks out, I feel better than I have in 2 years! My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner, Yoga and skateboarding, here I come!

The overriding theme in all of these reviews is primarily office staff not answering calls or even bothering to return calls. I do really like Dr. Moore, Dr Miller and Devon Parks. However, the office staff is incompetent, unprofessional and pretty much just lazy.

I have left Brandy (Devon Parks) three voicemails this week. Not a single return call yet. Really pathetic.

Any suggestions for other neurosurgeons and/or pain management clinics in Eugene or Medford?

STAY AWAY. The NeuroSpine Institute & the Pacific Sports and Spine, are the least caring and most inefficient medical facilities that I have experienced in my 70 years.
I fear that they run some sort of "mill" operation that wants to get you in, perform as many procedures as your insurance allows, then leave you hanging. They have plenty of staff, but they are arrogantly aloof, indifferent to the patient and have given me the distinct impression that the patient is at best to be tolerated.
In the past year, I've never felt welcome. In fact I leave feeling that my

I had a very poor experience with NeuroSpine and would not recommend them to anybody. After initial scheduling they had a situation that required them to reschedule me which I found out out about via voicemail. It took a week of unreturned calls and being transferred to lines that were never answered before I could get rescheduled. I showed up early for my appointment and got my x-rays done. I will say the x-ray staff was awesome, friendly and efficient. I was called back to the Dr.Millers on time at 10:20 where I sat until almost 11:40. Nobody checked in or let me know why things were over an

I recently attended their seminar on platelet therapy. It was a good presentation. Although, when it came to the questions, they were very vague. When asked about the cost for platelet therapy or platelet therapy with stem cells they gave a huge range. They asked the audience who were patient's to raise there hands. They broke HIPAA law. A person in the audience even shouted out that he just broke HIPAA. When a doctor in the audience asked a question about how they activate the platelets, they were quick to go to another question. Later I tried to get information from there front desk

At a very stressful time requiring surgery, we were grateful to be referred to Dr. Angeles. She has a great bedside manner, listened to and responded thoroughly to all of our questions and concerns. She has a wonderful sense of humor and never made us feel rushed nor that she had somewhere else to be. My husband is a professional tournament archer and each visit she remembered and asked how his. season was going and if surgery helped him as far as his profession. Not once were my husband nor I made me to feel like we asked stupid or tedious questions. Grateful that a very competent and professional

I'd give this place Zero stars, but Yelp won't allow a rating that low.

I was injured while on vacation out of state and subsequently treated at a top tier level one teaching trauma center. Follow up care was required when I returned to Eugene. They did not recommend the NeuroSpine institute. I now know why. Read on for details of my visit.

Simply put, the front desk, Imaging and Dr. Carmina Angeles left me with the single most disappointing and frightening experience I've ever had at a doctors office.

The imaging employees were clueless and put me at grave risk by requesting

They don't answer the phone when you call as a new patient. You must leave your name and number and wait for a call back. Yea, like I'm going to wait by the phone for them to call at THEIR convenience. Nope. Very unprofessional. I'm already frustrated with them and I've yet to talk to an actual person. I believe that I'll take a previous reviewers advice and go elsewhere.

I came for an MRI, only to find out that they had me scheduled for an X-Ray only. I've already had X-rays done-why would I want to pay for the same thing again? While speaking to Brandi, Dr. Miller's assistant, she was rude, harsh, and spoke to me in a very nasty tone. I have never had a medical professional speak to me that way! Thankfully, Sindia, one of the techs, was right there and witnessed the entire exchange. She agreed that Brandi's tone was uncalled for. Sindia was sweet and understanding. I will go somewhere else when this gets straightened out.

Avoid Carmina the Butcher. She sliced my neck open two years ago and now I have hardware holding my cervical spine together. Pain is twice as bad as before the surgery. She seems more interested in her shoes than her patient. I wonder how many pairs my neck bought her. Her assistant is a clone of her. She tried blaming me for the pain I was in! They are all so clearly more interested in the money that it nauseates me. The PT staff is not connected and this review does not reflect them at all.

I have been hit 4 times in Eugene and for the last 6 years I've been going to Neurospine. First iffy wit commercials lie. They're always giving false hope of getting your life back. I have spent close to if not over $250,000 just there with doctor appointments and procedures. Went in today and was informed that since I can't pay up front(progressive insurance sucks with paying bills), that they no longer could see me. Forget that I was willing to sign something saying I'd pay it later or that progressive would pay them once it's settled. They're all about the money

We have had nothing but problems since being moved to this office. I drive my father in for his appointments ( he has been seeing the same doctor for years but the Dr. was moved to this building a few months ago ) and several times we have been sent away because when we arrive they say the appointment had been scheduled for earlier that day and we missed it. Even though we have the time written down and once i had even personally spoke to the receptionist to confirm the appointment time. Several times my father has come in for his pain pump refill and then after was told his Dr. was not in that

This is my final update of my Neurospine expeience as my treatment is drawing to a close. If you are lucky there are few times in life when you have to fully put your trust into a surgeon. These guys were the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I went to them once two years ago. The secretary was flirting with some guy on the phone and kept the window closed instead of taking my paperwork. The X ray girls took pictures of the wrong part of my spine and then yelled at me for asking them to retake the pictures even though the doctor hadn't even seen me yet. Then doctor made me do a bunch of bending overs in my hospital gown and then never told me if there was anything wrong with my neck. I tried to go again two years later with a different doctor but they
