Our realtor recommended that we stage our home prior to listing to help the home show at its best. We hired Spade And Archer to do our staging. They made some excellent recommendations after a site visit. The design theme throughout the house was cohesive, comfortable, classy and made the home show much larger than we expected. We remarked that we'd like to live in this house after we saw it staged. The challenge with staging is that you can't compare to selling your home without staging, so it's a little bit of am exercise in faith. In the end, we sold our home well above our expected selling

I own a 1967 vinyl clad home that looked like a Southern California beach house in the middle of Portland. I wanted to paint it but it was too far gone and vinyl is problematic to paint so we did HardiPlank with cedar complements. Picking the color(s) was the hardest thing though. I have used Justin's people with much success before but didn't know if they helped with outside refurbishments. Yes! As a listing agent in Portland, I use Spade and Archer to stage many of my listings. They do such a stellar job and make me look so good!
