Korean Ultimate Defense (KUD) is a self-defense focused program to enhance substantial amount of reflex muscle memory, defense techniques, and fitness training utilizing the foundations of Taekwondo.

Many parents, doctor, teachers and psychologists find that Martial Arts improve children's academic progress- attention span, listening skills, cooperative learning, following directions and leadership skills are all areas of training that directly carry over to the academic classroom.Classes are divided by both age and skill level.

Sky Eagle Taekwondo offers a safe and enriching environment where, through TaeKwonDo, children develop physically, mentally and socially. We take great pride in not only teaching martial arts skills but also life lessons - lessons that will prepare our young students for the upcoming challenges in there lives.

We absolutely love Sky Eagle and Master Bae! Our daughter has been taking the Korean Ultimate Defense (KUD) class and we could not be happier with the different real world self defense technique that she has learned. Master Bae is a phenomenal instructor and I highly recommend Sky Eagle to anyone who is looking for a high quality TaeKwonDo classes.

Master Bae is masterful with the kids and a phenomenal TKD practitioner. She brings out the best in everyone and makes them better than they ever thought they could be. Master Bae teaches her students to achieve and do more with the best TKD instruction possible. She is magic with the kids (and adults). Class times are flexible and your aren't locked in to a schedule, which made it easier to accommodate other after school activities and obligations. Sky Eagle is top notch. Signing our son up for Tae Kwon Do (TKD) classes and summer camp at Sky Eagle was one of the best decisions we made. Everyone who works there is great. Master Bae is unlike any other instructor we have met. She is passionate, caring, and authentic. Master Bae works with every student and genuinely cares about them and their growth. Both of my daughters have been going to Sky Eagle for 2 years now. They absolutely love it! They have made lots of new friends and have learned a lot about Taekwondo. They both attend before and after care which is very helpful for our family. My kids love the summer camp. The staff is amazing! We have a very good relationship with everyone. Not to mention all the fun activities they have for the kids throughout the year. It’s a very structured environment. I recommend anyone that is need of help this school year give them a try.

I have so many good things I could talk about! My son has been attending classes at Sky Eagle TaeKwonDo for almost 2 years now. We were struggling with his behavior and focus in school and needed something that he would enjoy and learn from. Enrolling him 2 years ago was the best decision we made! He is currently on his way to earning his black belt this Sept 2020 and he is 8 years old! Master Bae takes the time to learn each student, their likes, dislikes and what their strengths and weaknesses are. Ms. Sarah and Master Bae gave our, then three year old, son an opportunity to take a trial class before fully committing to enrollment. They were so great and patient with him that first trial class that he's now not only enrolled full time, but he's been consistently going 3-4 times a week since November of last year. Not only has he been enrolled with Tae Kwon Do classes but with summer camp as well.

Simply the very best. My sons started at Sky Eagle and it didn't take long for me to join the fun. Not only do I enjoy going to classes, it's even better doing so with my son. Master Bae is a incredible instructor and any student will thrive under her tutelage.

We love Sky Eagle!! As soon as kids arrive, Sarah greets everyone by name! She is warm, friendly, and outgoing - and her ebullient personality sets the kids up for a fantastic lesson. Master Bae is phenomenal - patient with little kids; she takes time to explain forms and moves, and is very knowledgeable in her field. I love that the program stresses knowledge of Korean phrases, and emphasizes good citizenship in and out of class. My 8 year old, who so far was very picky about various sports, fully threw her energy into TKD. She even practices daily at home! I cannot recommend Sky Eagle enough

Our son has been attending classes at Sky Eagle for almost three months. Since he started, we have seen a huge boost in his confidence. He loves Taekwondo and working with Master Bae. From the minute we started, my husband and I received a warm welcome from both Ms Sarah and Master Bae. What we once thought was a fun activity for a few months has turned into Jack’s passion. Master Bae is so attentive and supportive of her students. She is an incredible instructor and has helped Jack learned so much in such a short time. He just recently received his yellow belt and is so proud of himself.

We love Sky Eagle TKD! Master Bae, Sarah and the staff are professional, friendly and caring for every child that comes through their door. My son has improved tremendously since starting here, he is better behaved and more disciplined and now working towards a bo belt. Master Bae does a great job working with each student to perfect their forms.
