Bob & his staff took personal responsibility for getting our house sold before & during the declining real estate market due to the COVID crisis. In addition, Bob personally oversaw the approval of a fence permit through the HOA which was a contingency for closing. He stayed on top of the issues right from the start & was largely responsible for getting the job done. The pictures of the house and the virtual tour were both top notch. I would highly recommend Lipply Real Estate for the listing & sale of any property. I would use his company again.

Joe Gibbons was fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our townhouse. He came out and did an initial assessment of the property months in advance of when we planned to list the property. He provided great feedback on sound ways to improve our return and expedite the sale.
