We paid $220 for Gazebo and 4 table decoration, they took the money in advance. All they did was put few balloons, see the pictures. Everyone who saw it said it’s awful including the restaurant owners. May be worth $50. We had the party in Patio at Akbar Restaurant. This person Ben there is a scam artist. I would not recommend this place to even my enemies.

The place is good to rent party supplies like tables and chairs, but not good for other supplies. The people working doesn't have a clue what they are selling and can surprise you just 48 hours before your party. I had a terrible experience ordering balloon from these people. My family and i spend almost 1 hour with them a week before the party to discuss balloons, decoration and everything was addressed and settled properly. But 48 hours before the party they called me and stated that they can't deliver balloons which they agreed to on day one and when the order was placed. I requested the manager

If I could put a negative star I would-
We rented an ice cream machine for my daughter's first birthday party.
Once we got the machine we were not provided with any written instructions at the counter we were advised to follow the instructions on the pkg to make the icecream and let the machine run for at least 3 hours.
We did exactly noted on the pkg but the consistency was watery and was not thickening up even after 2 hours. I made multiple phone calls to party rentals and they said there should be instructions and to follow it.
