I have State Farm experience going back to 1992, where I began my career assisting customers with auto and homeowners Insurance claims. In 1996, I decided to open my own agency in the Akron area where I grew up. We are celebrating 25 years in business this year. Over the years, my agency has expanded & I have added several licensed Team Members that have over 60 years of insurance & financial service experience!
Our agency not only provides Auto and Home Insurance, for which State Farm is well known, but we also provide Life Insurance, Business Insurance and Financial Services. Our team loves offering discounts and helping customers. My team & I really enjoy helping new customers find the value of bundling insurance as well as using technology to help lower car insurance cost.

It was time to shop around for car insurance again and State Farm came recommended from a family member. After getting a number of quotes, I appreciated all the conversations and information that State Farm and Matt Coyne with his staff provided me.
I got to experience the high quality service when after 2 months, I was in a Fender Bender during Spring Break out of state. The State Farm app was very helpful in knowing what to do next and everyone both at my local office and with those I talked to on the phone were very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been with Matt for years. Recently I needed insurance for a business I am running out of my home. When I began in 2018, State Farm did not offer it. I check again last week and even though Matt was not sure they were offering insurance that fit my business, he checked into it anyway. He found that State Farm has begun offering they type of insurance I needed and had a policy drawn up for me within hours. Matt always goes the extra mile, and he did no different in this case. Matt has been stellar and remains stellar. I cannot recommend his agency enough.

Matt Coyne and his team are fantastic to work with! They are very responsive, trustworthy, and just generally helpful when it comes to all of my insurance needs. Amy recently helped me through the process of getting home insurance, walking me through the entire itemized list of coverage, and Matt guided me through my auto and personal policy insurance for camera gear. Highly recommended, and affordable too!
