My mom has been trying to reach Krazy cab for several days and there has been no response. That is out of the ordinary as per her experiences. If anyone has any information as to what is going on, it would be greatly appreciated...

I called and arranged a ride 4 days prior to my flight and I called and got confirmation the day before that the ride was arranged and the time was set. They were a no-call/ no-show, thankfully there was an Uber driver who picked me up and I was able to make it to my flight. I tried to call numerous times and they never responded. Unprofessional, unreliable, and companies like that should close. They are a scam.

This place NEVER answer the phones and are NEVER on time!!!!! i feel like they are out to just steal old people's money who are at their mercy due to not being able to dive themselves. It is disgusting that business can treat people like this.

Literally the worst cab company in history of the world. We ordered a cab to go in to Chicago at 3 pm, it's 352 pm and they still are not here. Every time I call he says he will be there in a few minutes then no one comes. The dispatcher won't even tell us where the cab is, he says he can't do that. He also will not give me the cab driver's number. 15 mins ago he finally said the cab driver is having trouble finding it but will now be there in a few minutes. These guys are unreal.

Used this company twice in the past week to get back and forth to South Shore. They were on time and we had no problems. Prompt, courteous service.

A horrible experience. The cab was 30 minutes late for a reservation made a week ago. Not the driver's fault--was never dispatched. The dispatcher was rude and argumentative on the phone, implying that because other people had canceled that day, he assumed I would too. ?! Who runs a company like that? I was offered no apology, no explanation, and no discount, and made to feel guilty that I even called to ask. Others going to the same conference had similar feedback as to the dispatcher's incompetence and rudeness. Never again.
