Overall a really great experience! Marshall was on time and was able to complete the install in less than an hour. We had the Nest Outdoor Camera installed. He was very professional and did a great job running the cord. It was very clean and neat. I would highly recommend Limbox and Marshall.

These guys were great ! I had an emergency with my nest thermostat and they were totally booked up for the day . So David their technician called me immediately and expertly walked me through setting up a new common wire that completely fixed the problem. It only took a few minutes and everything is like new ! I would absolutely recommend them anytime !

We had bought bought a home with a nest already installed, and we couldn’t get it to sync to our new account. I ended up called google. The first tech advised us to do a factory reset. Long story short, that caused our heater and AC to not work. 3 google techs and 2 hours later no one could figure it out. Limebox was so professional, and compassionate while helping fix our issue. And they did just that, fix what google couldn’t. I’m so happy we found them. I highly recommend them to each and everyone need to install or needing technical help with your nest thermostats! Thanks again so much

I needed to install a nest doorbell and it was really complicated because the wiring in my house was all wrong and my voltage wasn’t enough for all of the chime boxes. Ramone came over and installed everything quickly and even went to Home Depot to buy a new (higher voltage) transformer so all the chimes worked!!! He did a great job. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

After purchasing the Google Nest Doorbell and realizing we did not have a wired doorbell I was worried about the installation. After speaking with the technician prior to him arriving to our home we were able to work out an option I would be happy with. I was even more impressed when Sinclair (sp?) arrived and provided a greater option in which we would see little to no wiring at all! Super happy with the overall experience and would recommend Limebox, definitely using them again in the future!

I highly highly recommend Limebox for every and all Nest product installations. I called other installers from the Nest website and Limebox was HALF the price. Communication was fantastic—prompt response and was able to quickly get an appointment. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Corey followed up immediately to make sure everything was ok from our end! You won’t be disappointed with Limebox.

I will preface this by saying I had issues with limebox originally in setting up my appointment. Due to some of their own personal issues they missed their appointment without notice, but what made this a 5 star review was they were quick to address the issues and even offered a discount due to their own errors. My technician Joseph showed up on time to install my Nest Doorbell, was very helpful, and installed everything neatly and efficiently.

Limebox was the first installer to respond to me with a quote within 5 minutes of requesting quotes. The quote was also lower than other installers. The response was prompt and organized. I had Christian scheduled for a 3pm installation appointment on a Sunday. He arrived exactly at 3pm on the and worked patiently to install our Nest doorbell and potentially a new transformer due what looked like low voltage issue. I didn't need the transformer at the end of the day and LimeBox send me a revised invoice immediately. Pleasure doing business with them and will seek Limebox again for future Nest installations
