Charlie has been outstanding to work with over the years. He and his team at Mperial are leaps and bounds above who we used to use for our HOA. He is always quick to respond to questions via email no matter how small they might be. We got some very large projects completed while I was on the HOA board, all with the help of Charlie. His attention to detail and finding out the right information, gathering estimates, and just being a good property manager is something you or your HOA will value.

So i am pretty sure this company has to pay YELP to take the negative reviews off, and if you want to play that game. I'll make sure to go door to door and get everyone's opinions on camera, and go to YOUTUBE about all the problems that go unanswered and FEEs they try to pull after an auto pay is set up and they don't pull enough money and try to charge fees for the remaining balance. Border line SCAM of a company. After I posted a review my wife's emails go unanswered. Let me put the video together and I'll go with the whole segment to the news "HARDWORKING FAMILIES

Charlie Hass and his team are hands down the best management company I've ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, professional and dependable. We fired our last property management after years of getting pathetic service; switching to Mperial was like night and day. As HOA board president, I can text or email Charlie at any time of the day and usually get a response within a few minutes. They were able to help us finally end a protracted issue with a hoarder owner who sprung a leak then abandoned her unit. The prior management just kicked the can down the road for over 10 years, swearing

Fabulous team that responds quickly and professionally to requests, concerns or suggestions. We moved into our condo a year ago and heard nothing but horror stories about property managers. This couldn't be further than the truth from my experience. Charlie and staff are great! Keep up the good work!

I work as a real estate agent and when we list homes, we have to deal with a lot of tough to reach management companies. Charlie has really taken his story to heart and created a great management company! I had an inquiry at 10:30 pm, responded within 10 minutes! I am always able to talk to someone when I call their phone number as well. One of the best management companies I've ever worked with!
