I have a very bad experience with this office Associate in PIE , they fooled me, knowing in advence that my insurence will not cover my procedure . Be careful to choose this provider, ther contract is not just a standard contract. Be prepared to pay doubled or tripled price than normally that procedure could be. They are OUT OF NETWORK.

My experience with PIE was nothing short of fantastic! Going to the dentist can be daunting but, their periodontist, Dr. Goodwin, made the extraction process very smooth and comfortable. Dr. Green (endodontist) also provided excellent care in patiently answering all of my questions and virtually painless treatment. The staff was friendly and accommodating; I truly appreciate this team being so patient-focused!

I had an older RCT that developed infection and pain. Most of the other doctors declined to even try saving the tooth (and recommended an implant), except, Dr. Susana Bruce. She not only accepted the challenge I presented her of saving my tooth but also did a phenomenal job. She made sure I was completely relaxed during the surgery as well. I'd say she is an artist at what she does. It's been more than a month and my tooth is holding up well. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bruce for any dental procedure.

I was super nervous about some dental work I needed to have done but the dentist and her team went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Dr Mylinh Duong performed a tooth extraction and bone graft to get me ready for an implant. I am really impressed with how attentive she and her staff are. They even applied chap stick several times throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable! If I could give more stars I would. Best experience with major dental work ever and I highly recommend them.

Got a referral to have our daughters root canal done here and made a call to schedule an appointment. From the start of the call the place was disorganized and lost. The wife insisted on following through with this place so I went along with it. During the call to schedule the appointment the lady asked if we wanted to do a consult and the root canal or just the consult, so we opted to have the root canal done on the same visit. We also informed them our our dual dental coverage and provided our info. When we showed up today they had us give them all of the same info we already provided to them

To say I was terrified of this root canal situation was an understatement. I have terrible dental phobia to the point it physically affects me. Dr. Green was fantastic. He did a great job explaining everything to me and letting me know all of my choices. He paid close attention to make sure I had everything I needed during the procedure. The assistant working with him, Marci, was fantastic as well. Even patting my shoulder to distract me while He was deadening my mouth. I hope I never have to see him again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands. Thank you guys so much,

Couldn’t tell you about the practitioners, but the reception staff are horrible. You can feel the attitude and condescension over the phone. Generally I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but fool me twice, shame on me.
First appt was rescheduled bc I had old (closed) address. This could’ve been avoided had the office staff sent ANY communication about appointment, such as verification, email, etc. When I rescheduled I asked specifically for an email confirmation

I've never been taken care of so well at any dental office in my life. Dr Greene is knowledgeable, patient, and talented. His assistant, Wes, may very well be the best human being I have had the pleasure to meet. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism with a caring and personal touch in this office. I highly recommend them if you need their services.

I was taking my Nana to her appointment and my first impression walking in was wonderful, it smelled great, the lobby/waiting room was clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk all were cheerful and very helpful.
I went to the restroom it was clean and smelled good. The only con was the door doesn't seem to shut all the way, but didn't seem to be an issue.
As my nana was being called for her turn to see the dentist, they informed me that I could sit in the room with her during her appointment and the dental assistant was so nice and very educated and the dentist was amazing

My fiance went to this clinic after going to several other dentist that could not get the job done. Rosemary at the front desk was amazing she got him in less than 24 hrs and got his deep cleaning done on the same day. He was in horrible pain and has a huge fear of doctors and dentist. When he got there his blood pressure was really high but right before he left it went back to normal. Dr. Goodwin is smart, gentle and very caring. Jennifer the assistant was very nice and personable. His dental hygienist was gentle and very detailed with his deep cleaning. They gave him nitrous gas to make

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years ( I know.... horrible...) And I needed a good thorough cleaning. Karla was my hygienist and all I can say is she was great! I get really bad anxiety and she was so kind and just made me feel at ease and I wasn't in pain at all. This has changed my outlook on going to the dentist! Thank you!
