I was in the area and had some time to kill so I decided to stop in and see what this place was all about. I went in expecting to buy a helmet and gloves. While I was there I had a very in depth conversation with Branten about the new years line up. He was extremely courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was not in the market for a new machine at the time but when I am, I am definitely going right to him for assistance! Him and the whole team are amazing!

I spent $15,000 of my hard earned money and received a broken down utility vehicle from Ridenow. It had problems from the start, squealing brakes, bogging down when accelerating, and after less 1.5 months of ownership the UTV is blowing oil from the crankcase. Ridenow service has 2+ week wait, too much business, and overwhelmed.
I may be wrong but I believe that if you're sold a broken down piece of s***, the seller should do everything in his or her power to repair it within a day or two. This is where Ridenow failed with me. They show no concern and poor customer service.

They are really good at lying. We were talked into to buying thier useless warranty. They were good at pushing that and hiking the price up at time of sale after a different price was discussed in parking lot. Realized we bought a 2020 lemon, was told the vehicle had a complete inspection done and checked out good. After getting it home, the air in tires was so low, i had to fill all. Within a month, it was one thing after another breaking down, now i have a useless broken down vehicle sitting here that RideNow doesnt want to fix. Over $14,000 and less than a month later, it breaks down, they say

I recently ordered some parts for my 2019 Kawasaki z400 from RideNow SoCal .I wanted to review my experience with their wholesale parts representative Bradley Smith. I found Bradley very knowledgeable and patient in determining what parts I needed. The order was made and arrived on time just as Bradley said it would. This is not where you go if you want any sort of customer service. I came in to look at a used bike and the salesperson, very new, needed help to get the battery charged. We were within 10 feet of the manager's desk and they couldn't have cared less. No "how can I help" or any sort of communication suggesting the dealership actually wanted me to buy their bike. Such a dramatic difference having just gone to another dealership where everyone smiled, asked if they could help and made me feel like customers actually matter. The managers here are too cool to be nice and clearly

Purchased a new 2021 Yamaha YXZ from this location. Jackie Navarro was my sales person and did an excellent job of working with me over the phone/texts. She was able to get me answers to all my questions. Ask for her!! Ryan Boyd finalized my sale and did all of the negotiating and explaining in a relatable manner with no trickery or fast talking. Shawn and Trevor are two of the BEST most on it people I have meet. These guys have been SO good on both follow up and customer service. Super friendly store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. James talked to us about various types of scooters. We didn't end up buying them, but they were just as nice when we went in the next time to look at bike racks. It was a genuine, no-pressure environment. Will definitely buy my scooters there when we are ready.

Went window shopping with a buddy and ended up with a bike. Everyone knows shopping for a vehicle is a convoluted annoying process. However, It wasn't bad and I'd even say I enjoyed my stay there. James was super fun and helpful since this was my first motorcycle. He walked me through all the options for what I was searching for. Wasn't pushy, genuine help.

My 19 and 21 year sons were in the process of buying a Sea Doo from this business. Until they brought out the invoice and had added almost $5,000 in fees!! They were charging $3,450 for freight and $1,399 in misc fees. Almost doubling the cost of the SeaDoo. The salesman told my sons that fright is so expensive because SeaDoo uses trucks instead of trains because once a train crashed and a bunch of SeaDoos were destroyed so they only use trucks now.
Needless to say they walked out without a SeaDoo.

So I just want to thank the service department so much for today. I came in thinking I was gonna have to pay $200 or $300 for some repairs on my motorcycle and it was going to be there most of the day. I ended up walking out in less than an hour and no charge thanks to the service department and also Yamaha. I highly recommend if you have any thing you need for your motorcycle check

Sold the Multi and bought an MT10. As beautiful as the Multi was, it was just too high maintenance and as bikes are often compared to relationships, nobody wants a high maintenance partner no matter how attractive.
Just my opinion.
Function over form any day and the MT10 takes care of both without breaking the bank every time you ride it.
The team at RideNow got the job done despite a few inconsistencies in communication. Coming from OC, the trip isn't convenient, but they gave us good numbers and so a deal was done.

Bought a Polaris 2020 a year ago. Beware of the Warranty they sale you. Western service contract is Garbage Let me repeat Garbage !!!!! They do not cover jack and make every excuse why they are not responsible. Also was not going to mention this but why not I am already HERE. while negotiating price the interest rate went from 13% to 6% at that point was told that's the best it ever gets. I walked out with 1.99%.

Just purchased my 9th motorcycle, but it was my first time purchasing from RideNow, who were one of the 4 dealers somewhat in my area with a bike I was interested in. They were the furthest of the 4 for me, but the internet sales person I spoke with, Jordan, was extremely fast to respond, very pleasant, and went through some hoops to get the bike over from the warehouse for me, so I felt I owed it to her to give the dealer a try.

We recently bought a bike from a private seller and found out it needed a factory recall before registration could be completed. As we were coming down from friend's place nearby, we decided to stop by to ask some questions regarding the recall information. The staff was extremely helpful and looked up our bike's service history confirming that the recall had not been done.
