Rachel was a career nanny for ten years and is a member of the International Nanny Association. Rachel pours her heart into her profession while meeting and exceeding industry standards. She has founded this agency on integrity, passion, and good intentions. Being a mother herself, she is fully committed to placing families with expert childcare professionals.
Upon moving to the Sacramento area, she found that there wasn't a similar robust, supportive network of professionals to facilitate her transition. Due to the struggling nanny culture, it was very common for both families and nannies to be taken advantage of, as many fell victim to misinformation or deception.
Capitol Park Nannies & Staffing is a values-driven company. We believe that as long as we hold closely to our values, we will be sure to delight families with quality in experience and placement; we'll help qualified and professional nannies find the best placements for them; and we'll consistently ensure that our company continues to be the preferred agency partner for Northern California and the Sacramento-area.
Our sitters are not really sitters. Confused? We just mean that Capitol Park Nannies' Temp. Division provides only pre-screened, professional nannies available for short-term employment. This division includes on-call back-up care and date night care.
Families have unique flexibility and peace of mind, as they're able to contact the agency with last-minute care needs and receive seasoned professionals for anywhere from one evening, sitter-style engagements, to short-term engagements of a few weeks, to temp.Fee based on 20% of the nanny's gross compensation for the engagement with a $25.00 per day minimum, billed weekly and per engagement.

I was so grateful to have Rachel’s help in finding a nanny for my girls.
She really took the time to figure out what my needs were and who would be a good fit for us. She was extremely responsive, always made sure to follow through and was much more professional than any other online agency that I’ve used in the past.
I was worried it would be hard to find the right person and she assured me she could make it happen and she absolutely did.
I am SO beyond happy with the nanny we have and the kids love her, too!

We reached out to Rachel to help us find a nanny after COVID hit and our school closed. She was wonderful to work with! They were super swamped because everyone was in the same situation, and they were still able to accommodate our needs and match us with a wonderful nanny. I have been a nanny for long time in the Bay Area and recently moved to the Roseville area 4 years ago. When I first moved to Roseville, I was nervous and worried that I would have trouble finding a job on website.com.
