I'm sitting in my lovely cool house now, and I have RTS to thank! Despite it being the middle of a hot spell, Ron was able to come out quickly and had my air conditioning working in no time flat. They also helped us use our Home Warranty to cover the costs. They were professional and incredibly responsive whenever I called. Ron also explained everything clearly and went over some questions we had about changes in the future. It was overall a great experience, and I highly recommend RTS!

A couple of weeks ago, when it was really hot outside, my Trane AC unit was short cycling...kicking on and immediately kick off. And when the outside temp would cool down at night, the AC would run fine and cool down the house. Called RTS and Ron came out and checked the wiring. Everything was running fine because it was cool outside when he was here. And he left doing a basic checkup.
Today, it's 105 outside and the unit is short cycling again just like before. So the problem is not fixed. I will update this review after this issue is resolved. Left a message, see what happens.

Ron helped me a few years ago when my HVAC unit inside the house wasn't working and before he had a yelp account. I was so impressed with his thoroughness and work then that i kept his information taped on the HVAC unit. I called him again this week to help me change out my blower motor because it was squeaking. He came right on time, replaced the parts that needed replacing, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned. I will only be using RTS for any future services.

RTS was sent out to our property for homeowner warranty. Spencer was the assigned technician very profession offer to wear shoe covers before entering our home and I told it wasn't neccessary since it was our cleaning day. He quickly diagnosed our AC with back conductor and thermostat. What I was impressed by that he had the parts on him already and took care of business got our AC back on during the heat wave. Great tech and company to work with.

RTS Services was dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty for a service order on my HVAC. They were professional, patient, and definitely want to leave you happy, a welcome departure from other Fidelity dispatched vendors I've dealt with. They followed up when necessary, and took the appropriate next steps on their own without the need for a reminder. As a result, I won't hesitate to reach out to them directly in the future for any fixes or maintenance not covered by warranty or when I decide to let my warranty expire. They singlehandedly saved face for Fidelity that up to this point had

Ron and the team are wonderful...we live by the coast and bought a house without A/C. Getting the unit was a luxury so the price and service had to be right. RTS is fast, courteous and reliable. They pulled permits and installed within a weeks time, crazy fast and did a great job! I have referred them out to all of my friends...thank you!

Had a thirty year old hvac system that had met its time. Was recommended to RTS from friend. Ron came out and inspected. He recommended a system, explained what would be done and how long it would take. Scheduled a date for the service the next week. Ron and his tech

We had RTS Services out to our home this week to fix our air conditioning and install a new vent in our family room. They went above and beyond checking our condenser, cleaning it, and noticing it needed a new part. They did a full maintenance check on our entire system and fixed what was broken by the previous homeowners. They were professional, clean, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. They explained everything they did and when I tested the new system it was like it was brand new and boy did our house get cold quickly! We are set for summer. I highly recommend them to anyone in Orange

RTS Services did a great job installing a new furnace, new aircon unit and new ducts work. Ron explained everything very well, was clear and upfront about pricing, and pointed out a few great tips we hadn't noticed. I had a multiple bids and I ended choosing RTS because of their great warranty program and team. The installation of everything was fast, clean and we are very satisfied on the great job they did.
