We had the interior of my 2020 Mazda detailed. I have had the car six months and it has taken a beating to say the least. We have two dogs who shed, take frequent trips to the beach, go on muddy hikes and occasionally eat in the car. It was filthy and Billy and his people made it look showroom perfect, possibly better. In addition they made my exterior shine as well. The work was impeccable and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. We have another car that has received the same love. I really love this car wash. It's $60 a month for 12 washes a month, or 3 a week, and while they are open until 8 pm, they have a 24/7 automatic machine that takes about 10 minutes.
I used to get my interior also cleaned by them, but I would tip them really well and they were consistently missing little spots that I wouldn't have forgotten, so I just get the outside washed and I vacuum & wipe down the interiors myself. Best value.
Depending on who you get, they can be average or amazing. Some of the staff are fantastic, and others are negligent.
Their membership makes it worth

Someone scuffed up my car at oak grove. I've been pretty distraught about it. I called The Barn to see if they could help me. Billy was extremely nice and professional and did a great job getting the scuff out. Something I thought would cost me hundreds was the price of a car wash. I will definitely be back to get my car detailed here he is a magician.

Just bought a brand new SUV and the only place i go to wash and wax my vehicle is the barn. Best touch free car wash around cleans and actually dries off your car. Can't comment on the touch wash as I do not use it but as far as I know it's the best car wash to get your cars exterior around. Docked a star because they no longer give out a free coin with the best wash as they used to to vacuum your car as well as the receipt on the touch free machine no longer works this has been going on for awhile now.

I was impressed with the staff here. I explained that the paint on my car was come off (old car) and he recommended the right wash. A vacuum is also provided here, and it's a good value. Watch out for mosquitos in the summer if you are there late. Overall, highly recommend this place for a great value for a car cleaning.

Barn Car Wash Saugus, does a great job with getting my car cleaned. I just had my car detailed with Billy- he did an amazing job overnight. I had my car the day of and day after, very little down time. The interior was spotless and my WINDOWS well lets just say I can see clearly now. I highly recommend Billy for detailing or having a ceramic finish ( I had that done 3 years ago) and was very happy with that. Everyone is super friendly very customer focused.

I have gone here for many years but my last trip they outdid themselves, specifically Billy. I had a sticky dirt that was all over my car and could not get it out after many attempts. I was quoted hundreds of dollars by other detail shops to get it off. I went in there looking for help after trying other options. Billy came right out to help me even though he was really busy on a saturday. He could not figure out what it was and also quoted that it could be a lot of money to detail. After doing more inspecting he figured out that goo gone would take it off. Of course this is a much cheaper

I thought the top touch less wash was great for $20. The touch less option is much easier on your vehicles's paint, but it will not get your car looking like it came off the showroom floor without a quick wipe down. It also won't permanently scratch the clear coat like the standard drive through wash will. Look it up on google. Having your car beat with rubber brushes and rollers is not a good idea.
I find some of the bad reviews entertaining. God forbid people put any effort into washing

My friend recommended this place since her car came out like a new car after Bill cleaned all the coffee spilling inside her car. I got some crab juice into my car seat. Bill gave me great service to clean and remove the smell. The detailing shop is super clean and probably the most clean detailing shop that I ever went. The staffs are super nice and professional.

This place is great! I only wish that I didn't live so far away. I brought my new car to Bill on the recommendation of the manager of my local car wash because I wanted to protect the paint with a ceramic coat. OMG. It looks better than when I picked it up from the dealer.
Bill is a craftsman who definitely knows what he's doing. Even before agreeing to apply the ceramic coating, he wanted me to come by to make sure that my paint didn't have any imperfections. First time trying this car wash. There were two lanes, one that seemed to be a standard drive through wash and the other seemed to be an individual "touch less" car wash. I started waiting in the touch less line not really sure why the line was so long/what it was for. Eventually, I went into the standard car wash as there wasn't anybody in line. The attendant was quick to keep me moving so he took my card and motioned me through. I felt like it was an effective cleaning. I could come back if needed to go up that direction of route 1 again.

The only thing I would say I didn't like.. It didn't really hit/wash the front grill and lower bumper. I would have given 5 stars. I've brought (2) vehicles thru in the past week and both had that problem. Other than that I thought the price was pretty good and the guys were nice. I'll try again I'm sure.

This review is definitely long over due but I really wanted to see how the outcome was for this ceramic coating before I actually did the review that I got at the barn on route 1 in Saugus. At first I wasn't sure about getting it and even at that point I wasn't 100% what ceramic coating even was at that time. I was introduced to one of the workers named Billy. He gave me a run through on how ceramic coating worked , and aswell showed me pictures and videos of all his work that he done previously. Billy is definitely a stand up guy and takes pride in his work. After future discussion

I pulled into here the other day and my car was a disgrace from top to bottom, and wheels all filthy with brake dust and salt. I went on the on the tunnel side and I thought that it would have been cleaned good, but I was totally surprised when I stepped out and looked at my car. It was completely cleaned, the entire car. No spot missed. I think these guys updated the machines recently. They always cleaned the cars the best but mine looked liked it was hand washed. I can't say enough good about this location, nothing comes close.

Pretty upset at Joe Coppola the owner of Barn carwash today. Pretty upset at myself for being lazy and not hand washing my car instead.
Ive been going to Barn carwash in Revere with my father since the early 90s and now to this one since I can remember but their prices have gone up and their service has gone down. Today was it. I'm done.
I've visited both car washes with my new truck and wifes new SUV numerous times but I am very selective for my Challenger.
Anyways I drove up to Barns touchless carwash because my car just needed a rinse to get pollen off of it after my cruise

I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the detail service I received from the Barn. From the initial point of contact to picking up my car I've just had the most pleasant experience. Bill was super flexible with drop off and pick up times and couldn't have been more helpful, he made suggestions on what could be done to get a smoke odor out of my car and was a joy to work with. When I picked up my car on Sunday it looked like it did the day I bought it brand new. As a small business owner, I am not the one to scrutinize and bash on service, because as we all know - nothing is perfect. But I felt after my experience today, this was necessary in writing, to give insight on my interior cleaning experience. The photos say it all. Extremely disappointing when you get in your car and see this after paying for something. Really unfortunate the guys turned my car over like this.

Hands down the best Wash and service in the North Shore!!!! I have been going here approximately 8-9 years and have never been dissatisfied. I Have used them for details on my Motorcycle, Jetski's, Patrol cruiser, and personal vehicles. The guys work hard and ensure the vehcile is MINT inside and out. They are Always smiling and can you can easily tell they enjoy what they do!

I was excited to try out this car wash since they are so patriotic with American flags all about. They are also Pats fans which is a huge plus. I went in line and I ordered a basic wash for $10. I went through and the brushes were harsh and the car wash was a bit short and when I exited my car was still wet from the blowers did not blow the water off of my car A hundred percent. There was no one towel drying off the cars I waited but the cars behind me needed to get threw so I called overpulled over off to the side and waited five minutes and nobody came over to towel dry so apparently they

This review is for the touchless car wash and nothing else because I have not used any other services (except for the vacuum cleaners that are way too short in time to do anything substantial but at least you get a free token with your wash).
The touchless wash here though is amazing with one big caveat: DO NOT DO THE $17 version, do the $12 because it does not have the wheel scrubber.
