Whether you're a real mover and shaker or just starting out on the scene. Just some of our perks include a free daily breakfast (Temporarily Suspended) and free WiFi, plus our Burbank accommodations come with a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and plush pillow-top mattresses.

Overall this was a pretty nice place to stay. It is definitely an outdated hote motel with a more contemporary facelift. There is not much parking in the front but found out later that there is additional parking on the back of the block. It was nice to not have to pay for parking or resort fees for facilities that aren't even open and it was very reasonably priced. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance to get dinner.
Probably the chief complaint that I had was with the ac unit either blowing hot it cold air and just being generally hard to use. Other than that, I would stay

This hotel was great!
We stayed here for a night when we came to visit Universal Studios. The staff was super nice and helpful when checking in and checking out. There is a filtered water station, tea and hot drink section in the lobby that is available 24 hours. I am a very picky person when it comes to clean rooms. The room we were in was squeaky clean and the bed was comfy. Our room was located on the first floor and we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors or upstairs. All around great experience and will be booking The Tangerine for our next Los Angeles adventure!

I got lucky and found Tangerine via Expedia. It truly is super cute on all levels. Bed very comfy, room spacious and very attractively non generic. Staff are super friendly, yet professional and the location is in walking distance of many good restaurant options!
All in all a fantastic find and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone!

It was a very cute, comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay. The people at the front desk were always available and always very helpful and nice to talk to.i will definitely stay here next time. Also it is next to several coffee shops and restaurants, as well as being near Burbank Airport
Loved it! And the pool is great!

We've stayed at The Tangerine several times and are so impressed with this local gem. The desk staff is excellent, including the manager, Walter, who even responds to email requests prior to our stays. The housekeeping staff is excellent. The location is so convenient to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, The Getty, etc. The hotel is on the same street as many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The pool is charming and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Such a quaint little hotel. I was surprised at how great a value this hotel was. Their hospitality is amazing and they made us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and cute, the pool was very nice and well kept. The bathtub was nice and deep and so great to relax in. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in LA.

We had a staycation in Burbank recently. Needing a place to stay, I saw I bookmarked The Tangerine a while ago and so we decided to give them a shot. It's nicely located near Warner Bros. and is a short drive to Universal Studios for any tourists into that. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to venture too far.
The Tangerine stands out with lots of orange everywhere. There's a small parking lot in front - 4 tight spots plus 1 handicapped space. Upon check-in you receive a parking permit to hang from your rearview mirror for when you park

It is a new year 2021, it has been a tough year for many, so many have passed, lost love ones, lost their business, and living in fear.. Sometimes just getting away for a few nights is very comforting, The Tangerine has been a home away from home, over the last year, my wife and I have come to The Tangerine to just relax, and forget for a while.. walking into the lobby we are always greeted by Walter, who was a total stranger before our first visit, Walter is a wonderful soul, he is also the manager at The Tangerine, and now our friend.. Thank you Walter, and everyone else, Kamal, Jonathan and

I've stayed at a lot of hotels all over the place, and this one really impressed me. Kind staff. Pleasant smell upon entering the nicely decorated room. Great sized room with a comfortable king bed, a table, and a couple chairs. Plenty of closet and dresser space. A mini fridge.
Free filtered water available at the front office. Excellent included breakfast pastries from the popular local Porto's bakery. Iron and ironing board in the closet. A safe available, although I didn't use it. Two large wall mirrors and a pivoting magnifying mirror. Multiple good dining options within walking

This sweet little motel is situated at the crossroads of Burbank and Toluca Lake. It's a typical 50's-60's motel that has been nicely renovated and retains it's vintage, but updated vibe. The rooms have a kind of funky vibe and feature very clean, but cold polished concrete floors. The furnishings are very IKEA-esque and cheap considering the Booking.com price tag of the room of $170 per night. The TV was much too small and the refrigerator served no purpose. Oh...and there was an IKEA chest of drawers situated right outside the bathroom where you would never expect anything

The Tangerine is my favorite hotel in the whole wide world!
Have I been to every hotel in the whole wide world? Well, no. (What a grand life that would be!) But you know when you've found something truly special. Is this place a motel? In the strictest definition, it is. But like none you've ever seen. The love in this place is tang-ible (pun intended). Every room has a unique and GORGEOUS mural behind the bed, refusing to be ordinary. Every detail of the room is coordinated with their incredible citrus-colored retro-chic theme. You'd never think so much orange could make you feel

The hotel is in a great location; very close to Universal Studios which was why I chose it. There's plenty of parking although you wouldn't know it when you first drive up. We accidentally found additional parking at the rear of the building when we went around the block looking for street parking.
The room was really big and the decor really cute. I appreciated the sweet smell of tangerines that came and went throughout the evening. The smell reminded me of the old Soaring over California ride where you fly over the orange groves.
I enjoyed my stay but I would have slept better
