If I could give negative i would have. Not only does the wifi not work, the walls stained, hair everywhere, refrigerator not open, but water was leaking from the ceiling and the floor boards. The problem is that it leaked on to the plug of the radiator, which could have been a serious health and fire hazard. After that they not only refused to refund the total fee but they didnt even give back the money that i had paid for excluding my stay. Cheap filthy place that is not worth staying at for free.

Terrible check in. Seemed the young man behind the desk was overwhelmed. He complained about his manager calling him too much and had to stop helping me to deal with another customer complaining about not getting their deposit back several days after their stay. Booked my room through a 3rd party app and was still charged by the young man at the front desk the full price of my room... again, because they said my 3rd party app reservation and payment hadn't come through. He guaranteed that it would be credited back once the other payment came through. We'll see.

Got to my room after a long drive and day to find the shower crawling with gnats. Found someone’s hair on the sheets almost like they shaved in the bed. There were crumbs on the nightstand and when I went to tell the front desk he seemed a little off. He asked me if I took pictures when the room should’ve been in the first place. Had to call his a manager who suggested that we go to a different location where there was another room available. The phone didn’t work and when we checked the wires were hanging out of the wall. The front desk guy suggested we reach out to hotels.com to get a refund

The guy who checked us in was nice but that's about all I can say for the place. Was told I'd be contacted by a manager after we checkout and never was. Room was extremely dirty don't waste your money. Bugs smashed on the walls. Moldy shower curtain, old hair and I'm assuming dried food on the wall.

Before the stay, we called this hotel's customer service for our reservations. We wanted two rooms for five nights. The transaction was really easy! Frankie was very accommodating and gave us an awesome rate! I would definitely book reservations next time. It was such a difference! It is very worth it! Rooms are very nice. My friend & I stayed in the room with a full size Jacuzzi tub& King size bed! Room also had a safe for your valuables, flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, & a nice size vanity mirror. Price per night & deposit are fair. Front desk clerk was nice & accommodated our request for an early check-in. Will definetly visit again!

The most disgusting dirty hotel/motel I've ever stayed in!! First of all they canceled my reservation for no reason without letting me know, and I had to reserve another booking last minute. The most rudest/unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The towels, the floor, and the bedsheets were all dirty. When I asked for room service no one came to clean my room and when I called the front desk to let them know they told me they can give me sheets so I can change them myself!!! I don't not recommend this Filthy place at all. Worst experience ever!!!!

I always inspect my rooms before bringing my luggage inside and Upon entry I was greeted with a underlying stench. The bed was freshly made and pillows had stains on them. The towels and wash cloths are clearly different brands, rough and worn.
I bought this to attention of front desk they were helpful and told me it was the laundry company they used. The pillow stains didn't look like any food, drink or body fluids so I agreed and he gave me new ones.

This motel is one of my favorite motels to stay at in the Burbank/ Glendale area. When available, their free breakfast is quite satisfying and even worth the stay here at this motel. The rooms are clean and well kept within a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at this establishment. The staff and housekeeping are upbeat and always cheery willing to make the visitor's stay here more than satisfied. I really like this place and would recommend it unless you have a loud and obnoxious neighbor...then you just switch rooms with no hassles. Bye!

Friendly staff no complaints there but I am very irritated with my stay.. I use hotels on a regular due to my job having me travel, I will be sure to not come here when I need a full rest of sleep by the next morning. My room literally had a bathroom light that would NOT turn OFF!!! You can't unscrew the Bible due to the fact the light is within the mirror! This place used to be decent a few years back. Its gone DOWNHILL since. Also please note they are NOT adhering to covid standards. I came here to quarantine and the way these rooms are, is unlikely. They also gave me the key to someone else's room, I walked in on them. Rooms are dirty!! I cleaned the remote with a wipe (bc yes I brought my own cleaning supplies and wipes just incase) and it was brown from it not being cleaned, for God knows how long. There is also a sewer smell, I had to go buy candles and a plug-in air freshener. Definitely changing changing locations, and will never come

We stayed in a jacuzzi room. Nice deep jacuzzi! Big comfy bed with comfy sheets. The shower stall has a good sturdy safety bar and the shower head is a detachable hose style, which is convenient. The fridge and safe are in the closet. Also in the closet is a hair dryer hidden in a cloth bag. There's an adjustable reading light on each side of the bed. I took a star off since this is an active hotel and you might get some noisy neighbors. (I will say though that if you run your A/C through the night, that will help somewhat to cover exterior noise.)

Great place to drop into. The fine lady working in the AM is a wonderful hostess and very friendly. The room was groovy and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety but the desk lady really assured me that I couldn't have booked a better place. She got our room ready for a late check-in so we wouldn't lose it for the night (we arrived at 1am) and in the morning she greeted me warmly and yes...I totally gave her a hug because someone that considerate working at a little old hotel is RARE.

Eh...taking back a few stars. I got one of the "questionable" rooms on my last business trip. I won't upload the photos of the room here, I sent them directly to management to deal with housekeeping. In a word...gross. It was the furthest room to the street in the rear building. I think they must have A-rated rooms, B and C rated. This was a D- in terms of cleanliness. I do not want to sit, sleep, or stand on surfaces that had the personal debris from the last guest, ok?

My husband and I recently stayed two nights at this motel. We stayed in room 111 on the nights of September 24th and 25th. We booked through the hoteltonight app. When we first arrived we were disappointed after the front desk operator said that there were no bathtubs in any of the rooms. We then were going to cancel the reservation and were told that it couldn't be cancelled so we returned to the hotel and my husband asked a different desk operator if there was any bathtubs who replied that there was but we would have to upgrade and pay

It's time this place gets a proper updated review with pictures. They just finished remodeling. Yes it's small and it doesnt have amenities like a larger chain. Nevertheless, free WiFi free, breakfast until 9am, Andrew who is one of the front desk agents (should be a manager!; and a voice over actor. Seriously his voice is amazing!), & Free parking.
