I had this old external drive broken for a very long time. I couldn't find a honest computer shop that knew how to fix it yet charge me a decent price. Well, I went to Crag's Shop and got it done for a very great price, and the service was done the next day. I totally recommend this place to anybody that needs computer repairs and given at a great price.

So incredibly lucky to find Craig. I think with most people when you have a computer problem you feel helpless and stuck. I've used Craig's PC Repair now two times on two different personal desktop computers. Both services had the same fantastic results. Craig is both knowledgeable and personable. If I could give a higher rating, I would. My PC crashed on a Monday and I spent 3 days trying to restore it myself, more than likely making it worse. On Wednesday, I decided to look up a service to not only fix it, but to save my data, which was mainly pictures of my family. After reading several reviews for various repair shops, I came upon Craig's site. It had the best reviews for overall service. Selected Craig's service based on Google reviews. Not disappointed. Craig is working from home and was flexible on his hours. Took my 8 yr old HP laptop in on a Sat afternoon (b4 Superbowl Sunday) for an unresponsive system after I tried to fix items screwed up by Windows 10 auto updates. Ended up with new hard drive (with 3 yr warranty) and new Windows 10 lite system. Did not lose any of my files (even my numerous "bookmarks"). Reasonable cost, excellent service, no BS.

I had a desktop computer that stopped working. I took it to Best Buy. Their technician told me that there was something physically wrong with it and that I should buy I new one. Instead, I took the machine to Craig's PC Repair. He fixed the fan and did performance tuning on the hard disk. I picked it up the next day and started using it. The computer is running faster and quieter than ever! Craig saved us hundreds of dollars. Next time, if there is one, I will call him first.

I am so glad I read his reviews on Google. Because they were on point. They were accurate and it made my experience EXTREMELY POSITIVE AND GRATEFUL.

When my PC displayed the BSOD and I couldn't troubleshoot the problem myself, I searched Yelp and found Craig's PC Repair with 5 stars. Gave him a quick call, and he reassured me he would resolve my issue. He did a thorough check on my laptop in short time, telling me my motherboard died. Craig is a miracle worker! My son took apart a computer trying to change it to a gaming computer and had it laying in pieces around the den. My son then tried to put it together and broke parts trying to rebuild it and again it laid in parts in my den. I brought the parts to Craig and he was able to assess what could be salvaged and what we needed to make a wonderful gaming computer. Craig is the most amazing technician I have ever met in my life. I found him on Yelp to have my son's PC fixed. Craig worked hard to get the PC fixed as soon as possible since he knew my son was devastated without playing game. I was looking for someone to fix my foster son's computer fast since playing video games is his life and when his computer wouldn't turn on he was devastated. I can't say enough about Craig's PC Repair. If there was a 10-star rating, he'd get it. My Samsung (mechanical) HD crashed. Craig had an SSD installed and my machine up and running in just 2 days (it may have been sooner but Amazon Prime and their 2-Day delivery slowed him down). Called Craig for a quote.. He called me back quickly and then gave me a 100% honest answer (after I got an answer for profit from someone else). Craig put my worries at ease, telling me it's an issue that will very possibly resolve itself (my screen got wet and had a mark). Then, he gave me a very fair quote estimate in case it still has the mark in a couple of weeks. If my PC screen doesn't dry up on it's own, I will make sure to go to Craig for my PC repairs in a week and into the future.

I give Craig's PC Repair ~ 6 Stars if it POSSIBLE!! My Computer was "Dead," which could have been several reasons: Hard Drive, Virus, Battery and etc?. Most "Repair Shops" wanted to fix my computer through elimination? Purchase a new battery, new power chord and etc. In the meantime, I needed to get my computer working ASAP! HANDS DOWN CRAIG IS THE BEST! This is THE BEST place you can go for your computer needs! I took my old laptop in around November, and forgot to write a great review at the time.
