Went looking for a hot tub a few months ago and checked out four or five different places. Most places told me they wouldn't have any inventory for months. We found the Hot Tub Outlet, and not only did they have multiple options in stock, but I was lucky enough to snag a floor model at a discount with way more bells and whistles than anything else I was looking at in my price range. I just sent a buddy of mine there who has been in the market for months and he also got a great deal on a new tub that will be delivered in a couple weeks. Paul went out of his way to help with my purchase of my hot tub, even made a special trip to my home to install the cover and cover lifter when the install schedule got botched. Enjoyed working with Paul and that's what made the sale. The care package that was included with my HT purchase was missing some items due to backorder/shortage issues. Paul offered a store credit to make up for missing items they couldn't get in stock. Had a few issues with possible leaks at the beginning, but they sent a tech out to assess the issue and he made no changes, told me to keep and eye on things. Tracie recommend

Stumbled upon Hot Tub Outlet looking for a better way to treat my hot tub. Tired of Bromine and Chlorine they turned me into Waters Choice Pure Enzymes. I had tried Enzymes in the past and they were very sensitive. I have been using Waters Choice for over a year and my tub stays crystal blue. It recovers amazingly even after a weekend if college kids.

Excellent advice and service, and so friendly! Paul recommended Waters Choice enzyme solution, which seems to be working very well for our spa. Very happy with the hot tub that we bought at Hot Tub Outlet. Tracee and here staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. We’ve submitted a couple warranty things and the process has been straight forward. Highly recommend using them for a new hot tub purchase and or assistance with a hot tub you already own. The Waters Choice enzymes that they recommend has been working great as it does reduce the amount of chemicals once needs to add to their hot tub.
