I shopped the internet for many hot tubs. longevity, performance and energy efficiency were important. The Bullfrog R7 checked off all the boxes of a high class spa. I cannot thank everyone enough at Colorado Custom Spas for their efforts and their assistance with a portion of our backyard construction project. A technician was very helpful by coming out and starting our spa. I’ve never owned a spa before. It’s life changing and is very easy to maintain. Much thanks, much love and Happy New Year.

We purchased a Bullfrog Spa in April. It has taken a while to arrive due to backups all across the board, but Colorado Custom Spas has kept me up to date all along the way. It is finally getting here shortly and they called me up to let me know the factory made a mistake and drilled holes for two pumps. My benefit is that they are giving me the extra pump at no charge! Thank you!

The 5-star review is for Derek (our sales guy). I did not want to take away the 5-stars for Derek... but there is more to know about what happened here. The other salesperson, John... well, he could learn from Derek. Everything was going fine. We were filling out the paperwork with Derek- my husband and I (and Derek) were chatting. And all of a sudden John interrupts our conversation interjecting his political beliefs - obviously a fan of Donald Trump - he let his political beliefs spill over in the middle of our sale. Sam and team at Colorado Customs Spas have been nothing short of amazing. I put down a deposit to buy a Bullfrog spa from them over a year and a half ago, only have to have to cancel the order a couple days later due to a medical diagnosis. They were excellent about it and did not give me even the slightest problem. Flash forward to a year later, I was approved to be able to use a hot tub again. So I reached back out to Sam and restarted the process. They were very accommodating and even adhered to the original price I had from a year ago. I'm grateful that we found Colorado Custom Spa before purchasing an overpriced hot tub at one of the other Denver vendors. The overall experience has been excellent and Dan has made it a point to exceed our exceptions even after our purchase was complete. The team was able to install our hot tub in a tight fit and set us up with a low-chorine ball solution. We use it every day and love everything about it!
