I have been coming to Balance since 2014. I had suffered a back injury and started as a post-op physical therapy regiment. I continue to get great results and see changes in my body. Even when the class is full, the trainers are still interacting with each individual to modify as needed for each student.

We want you to have fun, work hard, and see results! Although the balance methods of mat and reformer are intense, they're still approachable for beginners.
Jonni discovered Pilates Reformer in 2008 when looking for exercise that was safe and effective for her back and joint problems. After seeing and feeling the improvements in her health, she knew she wanted to learn more. Having had her own challenges to overcome has given her a unique perspective and understanding when working with clients.
Lauren has been dancing since the age of 4 when she first fell in love with movement. Growing up with a dad in the military gave her a broad, nuanced dance training as she moved across the country. With each new location came a new teacher to enrich her well-rounded dance repertoire. After graduating high school she started taking Pilates to keep in shape and to learn more about the exercise method.
We offer effective Pilates programs for both men and women of all fitness levels, from beginners through professional athletes. Pilates not only improves your fitness, it improves your game (golf, tennis, basketball, football, etc.). We train all skill levels at Balance Pilates of Tulsa. Our unconventional approach to Pilates incorporates traditional Pilates and exercises from other fitness regimes.
ELDOA is beneficial for those with herniations, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, bulging discs, athletes in compression/impact sports (running, weightlifting), athletes using a lot of rotation (golf, tennis, baseball), dancers, and anyone with a spine who wants to improve or maintain the health of their spine.

I started at Balance Pilates when I hurt my back and needed to strengthen my core per recommendations of my chiropractor. Pilates here has been more than I could have wished for! It's like having a physical therapist to help you work out. They are so good about correcting our position and helping us gain strength without injury. I went from being scared to work out to enjoying how I was getting leaner and stronger. Highly recommend!!

Balance Pilates is a great place to build your core strength in a fun and friendly environment! There are a variety of classes and times to choose from for all levels. All of the instructors are great too! I’ve found Pilates to be the most ‘bang for your buck’ to get all of the stabilizer/core muscles involved and worked out in a low impact way and highly recommend to everyone.

Pilates is fantastic to begin with. Add these women as your instructors, and it is so much fun! The studio is clean, the equipment is great and in excellent condition, the classes are fun while challenging, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, funny, sweet, and get to know their clients to help on an individual level in a class setting. Highly recommend!

OK, after all these years I finally "liked" BP on FB! I've been going to BP for over 8 years. At first I went because my wife made me go with her. Now, today, I STILL go because my wife makes me but I also have a lot of fun and after 2 knee replacements it definitely helps me keep limber and strong. I recommend the TRX combo classes for the… strength training along with the reformer exercises. Jonni keeps it fun and allows everyone to work at their own level. Don't tell my wife, but I would go even if she didn't make me! Btw, I'm a 69 yr old man who has learned (sometimes the hard way) that

I have been going to Balance Pilates for several years. Joni is a great instructor. She is very knowledgeable about Eldoa as well as Pilates.
The Reformer equipment allows for adjustment to any fitness level. I can highly recommend Balance Pilates to anyone wanting a great workout.

Pilates Reformer taught at Balance Pilates is not only an excellent workout, but fun as well. The instruction through the whole workout makes it top-notch. The atmosphere is calming and friendly. I’ve not only toned my entire body, but have gained balance as well. I love seeing young adults all the way through senior adults staying fit through Pilates.

I’ve been going to Balance Pilates since December 2017, I’m very pleased with my classes & instructor Jonni. She makes it fun as well as productive. I’ve seen & felt improvement physically even though I’m only able to do 1 class a week (wish I could go 2-3 times wkly). This also helps mentally with the correct breathing techniques she implements with our workouts, I sincerely appreciate her attention to each individual, knowing some of our limitations. Great experience!

Balance Pilates is great! Jonni, the owner, is super helpful. You can tell her goal is to help each client achieve their fitness goals. She is always willing to help modify, or coach to your specific needs. The studio is very clean and everyone is friendly. I definitely recommend for a great way to mix up your exercise routine! There are also a ton of different packages to meet everyone's needs.
