Attorney Autumn Hancock focuses her practice on adoption, collaborative law, and family law. In addition to handling family law cases as an attorney who advocates for her clients, Autumn is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator who works as a neutral to help other attorneys and their clients resolve their family disputes.

Mediation is (often) faster than litigating a case in court. Mediations usually occur over one or just a few sessions.

Collaborative Law is a unique way to resolve legal issues in which both parties retain their own lawyer but those attorneys' only task is to assist the parties with settling their disputes. The process requires each party to maintain open communication with their lawyer. I’m writing this review after my divorce judgement. My child’ mother filed for divorce with kidnap allegations when I was out of country with the child. Before I was served with the petition, without the ability to be heard on this issue, court granted child’s custody and full possession of marital home to my Ex.

This law firm is terrible! They made the hardest situation of my and my husbands life so much worse. This was all new to us, and they were awful! The assistant Mimi doesn’t know what she is doing. She claimed she mailed me paperwork that was never mailed. I could tell Autumn was listening to one of our calls, and had to tell her what to say. My husband and I were trying to work through everything and not make it a fight, but they kept telling him our divorce was contested because they wanted more money from him. They ended up dropping him as a client because we didn’t proceed fast enough for

Autumn and Teresa were absolutely incredible!! They helped me through a process that I would not nor could have done on my own.
