Maple Farm offers a unique environment for individuals who require nursing care during their transition to home after hospitalization. Instead of a hospital atmosphere, Maple Farm offers household living with private bedrooms, soft lighting and carpeted floors. Clients wake up at their leisure and take their medications and their meals on their schedule.
With just 23 residents in each of its two households, Maple Farm offers a true community based on relationships. Living here feels like being among a big extended family. Shared conversations over coffee, board games and other daily activities, as well as parties and special household events, forge strong friendships.

I’ve never worked anywhere that the staff treated employees so wonderful! I love my MapleFarm family.that’s what we are a BIG FAMILY… We care for our residents all day everyday and they care for us. When I wake up I’m excited that I’m going to see my buddies and by biddies I mean my residents I care for. Everyday is always a new day at the farm and it’s always a blessed day to be there. When they tell me they are happy they have me lol T makes my heart warm also puts a big smile on my face.I love what I do everyday can change but I change with everyday.

The facility was nice. Of course during covid you couldn’t get in to see your loved one so it was difficult to see them physically except through the window. My mom was put on hospice and they reassured me they would notify me when she was passing. That did not happen and my mom died alone in her room. I hope this will never happen to another family that has a loved one in this facility.

I appreciate Maple Farm staff. I empathize with the employees during such an unprecedented time such as this. Working during a pandemic is no easy task. Mistakes will be made; we are all learning together. Staff have tried to make the best of an impossible situation. They continue to navigate through Covid with grace and professionalism.
