Nice people and atmosphere. Could have used a small fridge and microwave. Easy walk to things to do.

I couldn't have been anymore happy than I was. I showed up later in the afternoon and I walked in and the woman said I'll show it to you but this is all we have left.i looked I thought it was a quaint little room. All I was looking for was a bed a shower and a TV and it had all three of those so I took it.

A great little 50's style motel in the heart of Boothbay. The owner, Tim, is easy-going and helpful. Love this place. If I could change one thing, it would be a more powerful shower.

Awesome place. I would recommend to anyone. Owner is on site. Not alot of amenities, no fridge, but that's ok owner will get u ice from his home, behind the motel. Great relaxing picnic area looking at the water. Way cool place!

There is definitely a 1950 feeling. No Ac but not need if on a cooler day. The son of the original owner still manages this place. Only 12 rooms . I will come back if I can .

Mid Town Motel is just like it’s says: “a true 1950s classic!” The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and well cared for. The staff, especially the owner Tim, is friendly, kind and helpful with anything you need, including tips on where to visit. Bonus-they are pet friendly!
You do not need to look any further to stay while visiting the Boothbay Harbor region!

Nostalgic...what a cute "retro" motel! Simply charming!

Built, owned and operated by the Lewis family. When the family opened the motel in 1955 it was the region's first!

Tim Lewis (the current owner) is the sweetest man. He is wonderful, down to earth, kind, honest, welcoming, helpful and very informative. From the time you show up he makes you feel like you've known each other forever and treats you like you're an old friend visiting. He sets the tone for you to have the most wonderful and comfortable stay you can possibly have.

We simply loved the retro décor
