Premier Payroll was founded by husband and wife team Bill and Dianne March, opening its doors in 2000 in Phoenixville. The dream was to provide a better payroll option than what the big name providers could offer small businesses. In 2007, Bill and Dianne were joined by their CPA daughter, Sarah. The need for expansion to accommodate the ongoing growth was met with the purchase and renovation of the National Bank of Royersford in 2012.

I've worked with Sarah and multiple members of the Premier Payroll Services Team for the past year. I've found them to be very easy to work with, and the expert specialists are available to answer questions promptly. As a CPA that often interacts with several payroll providers, it's not often that a payroll service provider stands out, among others. I highly recommend Premier Payroll Services.

The worst payroll company ever! Don't try to quick answer this Premier, I don't have time for the lies. The "Employee Self Service" is NOT employee self service. You can't do anything but look at your pay stub and print it. I move I can't change my address, I want to update my dependents...NOPE, my status changes...NOPE again. I was told by Premier associate that they are a phone call away and when I called they couldn't talk to me. I used ADP before for years and it was a terrific experience. While talking to the Premier associate she started tearing down ADP and laughing about it. I would NEVER

Premier Payroll Services is outstanding company with outstanding people and service. Our change over to Premier happened naturally and we cannot be happier that we made that decision. The people that we work directly with at Premier not only are very responsive and extremely friendly and helpful (showing a little glimpse into their atmosphere) but they are also so knowledgeable that the pride in their work and the love for their work definitely shows in the quality. I was having a terrible time with my payroll. It was recommended that I reach out to Ann from one of my good friends. She was professional and really listened to my issues and worked with me to fix the issues. She helped me refine my payroll processes and saved me money. I would definitely recommend her to anyone using a payroll service!!!!
