This company is unprofessional. They missed a payroll period, my paralegal, as a result missed some of her bills, I advanced her money, and when I called The Payroll Factory to speak about this . Meg Eynon, instead of addressing the problem, tried to pass me off to someone in processing. I said I wanted to talk with her, because she was my contact. A short while later that day I received the below email

I cannot begin to express my disappointment with this company. A mistake was made in part by the payroll company, where a few of my first paychecks with my company were incorrect and had over payed me. The mistake was not caught until nearly an entire YEAR later, where the payroll Factory took absolutely no responsibility for the mistake and instead of trying to solve and mend the situation, childishly began blaming others not involved in the situation. As a small business accountant, I receive constant solicitations from payroll representatives looking for referrals. However I remain loyal to the payroll factory, and refer all of my clients looking for payroll solutions their way without hesitation. Their fees are fair, their service is great, and they are much easier to deal with verse ADP and Paychex.

I use to spend a lot of time on payroll every week for my roofing business and I always worried at tax time that I had made a mistake.
The Payroll Factory took all that work and worries away from me. Everything goes like clock work week in and week out.

My wife had an account with this company for a couple of months last year for herself and she needed to close it.
I just called to find out if they could create a W-2 for last year? The woman I spoke with said that they would not be able to create a W-2 for my wife. I asked what her company would charge us to create one? The woman informed me that the cost would start at $1500.00 to unarchive the files and create a W-2.
I must say I find that a bit extreme.
Just thought others should be aware of this.

These guys took over our payroll from one of the big guys, and I cannot overemphasize how happy we've been. From the sales and implementation team to the folks who work on special projects, these guys are amazing. They don not nickel and dime us for special reports and services. They really make payroll simple and cost effective. I would never do it myself again now that I have them. I worked directly with Jason Saul from sales (excellent) and even had an opportunity to meet with Allen Noll (owner) during the implementation. I can tell they care about us and our business.
