Style is truly a personal preference and reflection of one's personality. Styles come and go, but there are basic guidelines that all styles and time adhere to. It is not generally recommended to put a round frame on a round face, a square frame on a square face, etc.

The staff at Reihle Opticians were all extremely professional and courteous. We were treated like gold when we arrived for our appointment. They took great care of us from the initial consultation to the full and complete eye exam to making sure the eyeglasses fit comfortably and had the correct prescription. I have been buying my glasses at Riehle Opticians for a couple of years now and it is always a great experience.
I have my eyes examined there, getting both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription.
I have been wearing glasses since childhood and contact lenses for decades. For most of that time I lived in NYC and had excellent opticians. Since moving upstate I have found Riehle Opticians to be as good as any experience I had in the city. I love their doctor, my glasses are gorgeous and the lenses work perfectly which is crucial. My new contacts work better than ever. The care

I can’t say enough good things about Riehle Opticians....I’ve been going there now for over 4 years. It’s the kind of place where they remember you even if you haven’t been there in over a year. Tara is wonderful ... her expertise has never steered me wrong. This year it was Lily who helped me choose a pair of new glasses. She truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. Wonderful experience from the first contact through email to the final fitting of my beautiful new glasses. The follow up was immediate and an appointment was made for the following day with the Doctor. Dr. Lee was very thorough and professional. He also gave me some sample contact lenses to try at home. Top notch guy. All protocols for COVID-19 were observed and then some. This place is immaculate and has a very cool vibe. Lilly, the store manager took care of helping me select a new style frame. Took advantage of some down time from work and made an appointment to get my eyes checked and get new lenses. Riehle staff and their process is efficient and thoroughly respects social distancing practices and respects customer needs and concerns. From the examination by the optometrist to figuring out lenses and frames suited best for me, it was a great experience. Very patient, pleasant and answered all my questions. I'm sorry, I don't remember the optometrists name, but he was great. Spent a lot of time with me and was very educational. Lily was wonderful, she did all the work

My family and I purchased our first pair from Riehle in 2018. We had a good experience and I went back in 2019 and it was an awful experience with Lily the manager. It was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. She was not the same person who had taken care of us the year before. As the French would say, "very ordinaire". She was rude, obnoxious, and condescending. Her comments we classless. In addition she was rude to my daughter who also wanted to purchase a pair of glasses. In early January I was in the Columbus circle company store and had a nice chat we the staff there. Lost my family as a customer. The one woman, can't remember her name but the one who looks like a bird was extremely rude and unreasonable. She was belittling my mother and I had to tell my mother to just go because I was getting so worked up over the fact that this woman was a horrible sales person and just not pleasant at all. The other people who have helped us in the past were very nice which is why this review isn't only getting one star. I don't recommend going there.
