There's not a lot of photographers in Montana that get to photograph a wedding in the historic small town of Virginia City, Montana. So when Marissa and Tyler told me they wanted to have their wedding celebration standing in the old territorial Capitol of Montana, I could not have been more thrilled.
Courtney and Chris had their late summer outdoor wedding at the beautiful Springhill Pavilion just outside of Bozeman, Montana. It's funny how some people come into your life. I first met Chris during a friendly (but intense) game of garage ping pong with mutual friends at my old place in town. Little did I know that a few months later I would run into his bride-to-be Courtney at the 2014 Bridal Affaire Bozeman Montana and hit it off.
Sometimes it's the little things that can make a wedding celebration peak over the top of awesomeness. For some of my wedding clients, that means adding a Greener Visuals Photo Booth rental for your guests to play in and take photos of themselves throughout your wedding reception. I can't say enough great things about Mike, I'm one that doesn't like pictures of myself very much and somehow I love every single image mike delivered to us. Can't say enough about my awesome experience working with Mike! I've been putting off getting headshots for a while now because of competing priorities but push came to shove and I needed them quickly--called Mike on a Monday and we booked a shoot for Thursday. His turnaround time from shoot to finished photos was wonderful too. I haven't worked with many photographers but it's easy to tell which ones are engaged and really guiding the shoot versus not. Mike was excellent - he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and brought a personalized touch to the photography session. We've never had photos taken before so we were worried about appearing frigid and staged, but he coaxed us out and made us feel relaxed and natural. I think the results speak for themselves - we had the hardest time saying no to any of the photos he took, but the ones we brought home were of the highest quality and showcased our chemistry, personalities, and of course, the MT beauty that you can't find in our homeland of Florida! It was an excellent engagement shoot.

My daughter gave me the best Christmas present this year - photos of her family taken by Mike Greener. Not only is the quality excellent and he's a pleasure to work with but he brings something special to the photos. He was able to capture my daughter's sweet nature, a fun family moment and the kids in motion, all in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Mike made all of our dreams come true. We knew our most important thing for our wedding would be the photography because it would be all we had left of our day. We had our 3 generations of family together at the family ranch in Paradise Valley. I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and searched for a local photographer to come out and take a few shots. Mike was recommended to us by a family member familiar with his work and we reached out to him about photographing our wedding. During our initial conversation with him regarding how we had met and what we had in mind for our day, we quickly became convinced he would be a good choice for us. Mike is an excellent photographer who is fun to work with. He was prompt to respond to all communications and easy to work with from day 1. Behind the lens he is friendly and professional, and he has a talent for making his subjects feel comfortable. Ill join in giving glowing reviews of Mike Greener!!! He was the absolute best! And I only have my preview photos back at this point. He worked so hard, and did maintain such a positive, happy demeanor all day! Even when my crazy aunt asked him to take a photo for her with her camera, he politely shut her down. :) (sorry about that Mike). Anyway, personal tidbits aside he really is the greatest. We knew Mike would be great when we hired him and when we got the shots back after the wedding they were even better than the already high expectations than we had. Any photographer can take set shots of the bride and groom and their families. Not many can get the candid shots that Mike gets regularly. The day goes by so fast and there is so much that you don't see, but then we got to see it all through Mike's lense. Amazing action shots on the dance floor. Fantastic shots of everyone's reactions to the speeches. And truely unbelievable shots of everyone watching the homemade

Picking a photographer can be daunting, as the market seems to be flooded these days. Mike did an AMAZING job on our day. He's got talent, experience, perception, professionalism, and a rocking personality. I'd pick him again but I only get one wedding! I'll be actively recommending him to friends and family. Doesn't get much better than Mike as photographing for your one and only wedding.
