I am submitting this review so that no one else has the same experience.
The car had some legitimate things needing to be fixed. If certain things were unable to be fixed, or the job as a whole could not be, One would assume some type of transparency when it came to being able to provide or decline the services. In this case, I would have preferred it be declined, and instead took the vehicle someone else in more capable hands.
I took the car to have hood/hood latch and body work. What i did not expect was to be told the car was not ready, over and over again only to the windshield cracked

I gave the shop four stars because I initially wanted a roll pan installed and painted; however, they made a mistake that ultimately resulted in an entire exterior paint job.
Overall, I was pleased with the impeccable customer service as Otis worked to make things right at a price comfortable for me. I was worried after the mistake, the finished product would not be correct, but I was wrong. The work was nearly flawless, with no overspray, paint drips or blemishes.
Lastly, if you are thinking about going to Macco, STOP because this shop is of better quality than Macco at an affordable price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Got there on one leg and they got me back on the road the same day!! The amazing receptionists Ms.Debbie stayed on the phone with me until I arrived then was greeted by Mr.Otis and he's apprentice, Jose. We worked out a price that was comfortable for both parties and I was driving outta there on time !! Thank you very much to all that helped me through my troubles.
