I was recently (last Friday) working with my agent in which we submitted an offer on a property Joel Barber was selling. Joel withheld my offer from his sellers for 18 hours in order to secure a better offer. Upon presentation of that offer, we were not given the opportunity to make a counter offer, which would have been significant. I believe this was at a disservice to his clients and caused myself to miss out on a home that was perfect for myself and my family.

Not very happy with this agency at this time, my husband and I made special arrangements for today to have off and had an appointment time setup with an agent to see a listing, we waited for 25 minutes and reached out to the realtor several times to see if she was running behind or had an emergency and was not able to make it to the tour, and she… not only never answered the phone at all, but her voicemail was full so we couldn't even leave her a message, and when we contacted the main office they said that the phone number that we had been calling was the only one they had on file for her

Super spammy company! I'm on the do not call list, I've asked them multiple times not to call me, but they keep calling me and now they're texting me asking me to sell my home through them. I don't want to sell, plus we don't even live anywhere near sc. Do not give them any personal info, they will spam you incessantly!
