Services
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapeutic and support services to women, children, and families since 2009. My passion and expertise is in empowering clients to take steps in creating the life they desire by achieving their personal and/or family goals. I enjoy assisting clients in self-exploration, strengthening relationships, and learning new ways to cope with the issues that cause distress.
Counseling is an opportunity for you to grow by exploring your thoughts and feelings and trying new things in a supportive and safe environment. You will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and experiences. Reaching out for support shows courage, strength, as well as your ability for personal growth and empowerment (even if it doesn't feel like that in this moment!).
Parenting has nothing to do with perfection. Perfection isn't even the goal, not for us, not for our children. Learning together to live well in an imperfect world, loving each other despite or even because of our imperfections, and growing as humans while we grow our little humans, those are the goals of gentle parenting.
Being able to feel comfortable and trust with your counseling is the most important part of services. Our initial call will give me the opportunity to learn about you and your needs as well as be a way for you to "interview me". Ask me your questions, learn more about available services, find out what you can expect from me, and determine if Empowered Life is a good fit for you.
Counseling & Coaching services are provided through a user-friendly, Telehealth platform (Google Workspace) which allows clients to be able to participate in sessions virtually in the comfort of their own personal space and at a time most convenient for them. Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash, Check, ACH Bank Transfers, Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, & Discover), debit cards, and Health Health Savings Account cards.
