I purchased my bike from Charleston Powersport...i had not rode the bike (but kept Starting and changing fuel when out gas and battery charged) after a period of time i decided to get the FULL service ($400+) they stated included assessing everything (would not supply checklist) ...after which my gas gauge was not operating ...gave bike back to CP charged me ($80 said i need new gas pump, so i bought one) they gave bike back ----without NEW gas pump--- gas gauge now works but bike does NOT start...CP said give the bike to them again, to pay more money, no guaranteed resolution but more cost to

From the moment I walked in everyone was really nice and mellow no pushy sakes peoplewas looking to buy two bikes and then last minute had to change to just one it was no problem they were very accomading josh was my salesman nice guy helpful what more could you ask for and Hayley the finance manager was also really nice and had all my paperwork ready and walked me through it in great detail answering questions along the way. She was also really pretty not that it matters but it helped to make my overall experience more then pleasurable I’d recommend them to anyone and will

The salesman did not mention or go over the added cost of the extended warranty, or give him the option to decline. He did not mention or go over the added cost of the safety equipment and fire extinguisher, or give him the option to decline. I also remember, clear as day, that he specifically said that the safety equipment just came with the ski since he was purchasing it new.

Great store. Just bought a motorcycle from them yesterday. Matt, the sales manager was a knowledgeable straight shooter and a great person to do business with. The office team and the mechanic who prepped the bike did great jobs also. No problems at all and I was in and out of the store with the paperwork done and temp tags in hand in about an hour.

What a nightmare!!! Talked to John and set up test drive for Scarab 215. Test drove the boat approx. 3 weeks ago. Let him know I wanted to buy the boat, but wanted to wait for boat show rates for financing. Three weeks passed and I went to dealership one day before the show to make sure the boat was still available and to see if rates were released yet. John told me he wouldn't know until 10 am the following day and would reach out to me. I called the bank when I didn't hear from John and they were responsive and friendly and rates were good. So I went ahead

Traded in my Ninja 500 for a Ninja 300. While the process was easy, I felt like we were getting the salesman run around. We had to wait for long stretches for Ashley to check with someone and it was difficult to get a price from him.
the parts guy was very helpful when I ordered the tail elimination kit and there was no issues getting it installed.
I haven't taken in Bagheera (the new bike) for her 500 mile service yet, but will be doing that very soon.

Where to start-- We were told there was a complete check up and service done on the boat when we purchased it the end of March 2016. We only used it on nice weekends and July 3, 2016 it died. Looked into the intercooler hose to see lots of aluminum oxide debis from a defective intercooler; which had obvious signs it had been cracked for quite sometime before we purchased the boat.
Upon bringing the boat in, I was told the oil was completely black. We had just purchased it and the service was supposed have been done. When I approached
