All I have to say is Max makes Velocity 5stars! Sold me a YZ 250FX yesterday due to me not being satisfied with my KLX 300R. He was very professional and easy to work with, he is the most knowledgeable on dirt bikes out of anyone I have talked to on the show room floor. The day I purchased my KLX 300R it had to be registered in the Kawasaki system and I had to wait 2+ hours for the techs to “try” and register the bike finally they gave up and told me to come back. I came back a week later an was still having trouble. Max took the time, not to mention he wasn’t even my sales rep, for my KLX

I highly recommend Velocity Powersports. I worked with Parker and Max and they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and hooked me up with an amazing quad. The process was simple and professional and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They even stayed late on New Year’s Eve! These guys are the real deal! Go check them out. Super disappointed. Sent bike in 2 months ago to get fixed, was told the parts cost 400$ and labor would be 400$. So in total the expected cost was 800$. Two months later the bike is finally ready and was told the price was now 1400$ and that the part actually costs 800$. After asking how they got 1400$ the guys said "whoops looks like the put the wrong amount of labor time down", and brought it down to 1350, which is still over 500$ more than the expected price. Price of the part online is only 60$ and obviously they're gonna upcharge it but by over 700$? When we got home we noticed 4 bolts for

The available inventory is fantastic. The facility is gorgeous. Gear and maintenance items are abundant.
BUT
When you go to buy motorcycles (at least) you will be charged 20%-50% on top of sticker price. Even removing all ad ons you are still paying 20% on top of sticker price for shipping and assembly on products you are buying in the store from the showroom floor. This has happened on every new bike I have tried to buy from them (3). Those will not be removed

Absolutely recommend this place. Top notch quality and a huge selection with professional staff. Personally worked with Parker and he was extremely helpful with accommodating to my needs so shout out to him. Super helpful, insightful, informative, and communication is on point and is very responsive. He literally went out of his way to get me this bike after it's shipment was delayed from the manufacture multiple times and had no real reason to other than the fact that he cares about his customers and is determined to provide to best service. I don't think I've ever had a stranger from a business

I purchased a motorcycle recently. The staff was nice especially Jose, Paul and Russ. My only knock was the time took to buy the bike. I had tier 1 credit and between my trade in and and downpayment, I put down over 8K. It took close to 4 hours to get out of the shop. Some streamlining of some of the processes might help. Other than that the staff was very accommodating and professional.

Jose was awesome to deal with. He helped me buy my first dirt bike. He made the entire process extremely easy and best of all, he didn't put any pressure on me even though they were short staffed on a busy Saturday. If your in the market for a new toy, check these guys out. The entire staff was fantastic and friendly. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to answer any questions and help make sure my bike was ready for the trails.

When I found one I left my information on the site inquiring about that specific motorcycle late one night. The very next morning, Mr. Robert called me and was very nice on the phone. Excellent. I bought my bike from them with no hassle about clause. Broke my bike 3 weeks later. Took it back, got it done within like 3 weeks, parts and labor time.
