Exercise has always been a major element of my life. At the ripe old age of 11, my father flooded the lower level of our house with tons of exercise equipment. I remember watching my older brothers workout with my father, wishing I could do the same. Finally, when old enough, I began to use the equipment as well.

I had never thought of a personal trainer that comes to you home until a family member suggested it. Every Body's Personal Trainer set me up with personal trainer Shernale. I am an obese man with over 200lbs to lose. I have lost 17 plus pounds in just 5 weeks I have nothing negative to say. Shernale is awesome, she is motivational, great personality that makes each session fun and the hour goes fast. And this is coming from someone that not much into exercising. I would recommend this company to anyone and especially Shernale as your trainer.

I signed up for ten sessions with Monica Ronig. In that time, she designed a workout routine based on my personal goals and taught me to apply the proper technique. I get so much more out of my workouts now! Monica is extremely knowledgeable, and I told her about my physical challenges and old injuries, and she designed everything while keeping my concerns in mind.
I addition to exercise, I have been working to improve my eating habits and asked Monica to help. I texted Monica a list of my daily meals, and she provided me with feedback and suggestions. I highly recommend Monica for anyone interested

Monica Romig is a wonderful trainer -- even on days I might not feel like working out, she makes the experience fun and productive! Monica Romig was recommended to me several years ago, and she has been just fantastic. I am older, with diagnosed osteoporosis, and Monica has been just great about working with me and identifying special workouts specific for my needs. Because of her help, I have been able to slow down the progression of the disease. She is also lots of fun to talk to! I am very lucky to have her as my trainer.

I needed to find an extremely knowledgeable trainer who could focus on all aspects of physical fitness including strength, cardio and flexibility training. Monica Romig has provided me with this expertise and more, setting up a dynamic program that has helped me lose a substantial amount of weight, build muscle mass, and substantially increase my flexibility. Very convenient and the personal trainer works with you at your pace to meet whatever needs and/or goals you have while taking into consideration age, level of fitness, whatever physical limitations, etc . I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago. Hence, exercise as well as diet is very important for my health. Using Every Body's Personal Trainer has been the best investment for my own health and personal well-being. At the age of 58, thanks to my workouts with my personal trainer, I am in the best shape I can be in and feel great! I would highly recommend Every Body's Personal Trainer
