Took sewing machine in on a Monday. Maria said it should b ready by weekend. I called on Friday to check. She said tech was taking it to the back to c what was wrong with it .I said ok I'll call sat. She said give them till Monday. I called Monday and the man that answered said that the tech had been on vacation since Thursday n wouldn't b back till next day (tues) .I told him what Maria told me and he said no.that he would call me Tues after the tech looks at it .he didn't call Tues n didn't call Wed. I called thur at 9:30 he answered and said that he was with a customer and would call me back

I stopped to rent a U-Haul. I am a Vietnam Veteran with a service related health exemption from wearing a mask. The man in the wheel chair would not listen. He was belligerent and rude. He used his motorized wheelchair to push me away from the door. He then let the door close behind him and pushed me more with his chair to get me farther away. Then, with him mumbling through his filthy face diaper, and the freeway traffic noise 100 feet away, I told him I could not hear him. He told me to go somewhere else. I did. This place had my heat surge heater for 8 months and couldn't get parts. I was able to get the parts in 20 minutes out of state but it didn't fix it. would have given it 1 star but in the end instead of charging me for more parts and taking more time he gave me a great deal on a new heater so I gave 3 stars

Dropped off my vacuum they said they would call in a few days. A week later I called and they said they forgot to call me back. When I went to pick it up a female employee said it had just fallen down and a part or it broke, which needed to fixed for it to work. She had to order the part so it would another several days but that she would be sure to call me back as I told her i was disappointed.

DONT COME HERE!!! they are the most dishonest people the guy in the wheelchair is the biggest liar I have ever meet I brought in my machine for a repair it was skipping and while I was at it I let him do the maintenance on it well when I picked it up and got home I plugged it in and I tried it and it was doing the same thing and I opened it up to see if he had even done the service and I noticed it wasn't even opened so how are you going to do a service on a machine without even opening it up? Absolutely the worst vacuum repair business that I ever experienced.
Definitely would hope that no one would bring their vacuum to this business for repairs.
They will tell you a lie regarding when your vacuum will be ready however they forget what they told you just the previous week as to "why" your machine wasn't ready for pick up.

I have been driving down to San Bernardino to get our vacuum cleaners repaired and for routine maintenance for over five years. The drive has been worth it and the owner has even been patient and honest enough to answer my questions over the phone - which sometimes has saved me a drive. I can order parts such as vacuum bags over the phone and the shop will ship them within 2 days. Thank you for your great service.

I don't trust this place especially the man in the wheelchair and he is dishonest because I took my Dyson in there and I wasn't treated well and when I got my Dyson back it didn't pick up as good as it did when I brought it to them.. I think he did something with the motor because it never worked like it used to once it left his shop.. this was like over a year ago but I never thought to write a review until I was purchasing a new vacuum this evening and the girl I purchased it from worked for Dyson and said she lived locally and the same thing happened to her when she took her Dyson

Had my vacuum repairs done here for the past 20 years. Never had a problem and they've always provide a great service. This is the oldest shop I know still around with the most reasonable prices. Always paid my $15 upfront and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended they also sell really durable machines as I have had my sharp vacuum cleaner for over 20 years. Thank you for the service on using the UHAUL. BUT-- THE 2 helpers that walked in at 930, both carrying there food and water (small bags) need to show MANNERS to your customers. As I stood at the counter working g with the owner on my return and paying. Both proceeded to push by me with out saying EXCUSE ME. If that was my employees, I would have a come to Jesus chat, about how important your clients to are. And to treat them with as much respect as they would someone of importance to them.

I took my 8 year old trusty Brother sewing machine to this place for a full service and small repair. My thread was getting stuck and he said he could fix it. We picked it up and it seemed ok. We were charged $114, which I believed to be really high for this job. I used it to make a small curtain for our kid's room and it was working ok. It was still a little off, but was working. I put it away for the last 1.5-2 months and then I brought it back out to use, the feedog is messed up. Brought it an old Singer machine to have it evaluated for parts replacement in August 2015. Got a call sometime later from the owner telling me cost of repair. Parts prices were inflated 400% over buying them myself. Owner was incredibly rude and even threatening regarding my purchasing parts myself and having them do the work. This lead me to say I'd just be picking my machine up without repairs performed. Owner was rude on pickup. Cost me $50 to have the machine evaluated, which was a complete waste of time and money.
