I can’t say enough good things about my experience. These gentlemen are absolutely amazing. Great communication . Awesome customer service. Unbelievable deal. We took our brother embroidery machine in because it was on the fritz we thought for sure it was ready to retire. But Victor gave it life again. Not only did they fix it but they gave it a good cleaning. It works and looks better than it did the day we bought it!

I brought in my old Singer. Dave cut to the chase and told me it wasn;t worth fixing. I bought a great new machine from him - very reasonably proced, and the best customer service goes with it. I called when I couldn't figure something out with the new machine, and got great instructions. LOVE this place!

I took in my grandma's old (60's) sewing machine that was severely broken, in hopes that it could be repaired. Unfortunately, the machine was unable to be repaired due to the extent of the damage and being unable to find the parts necessary for the repairs; however, I fully appreciate the customer service provided to my mom and I during the period of time that the machine was at the shop. Thanks, Dave for trying to make it sew. :) Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a business who cares about its customers.

Great customer service!! It's a small entrance in the front so I almost missed it, I'm glad my husband was able to spot it! Haha but it's huge inside! He was able to fix my machine right then and there and explained what tool I would need in the future In case it happened again! Definitely my go to spot from now on! And they offer sewing classes

My serger broke and I wanted someone who does the repairs in shop instead of sending it somewhere else. Dave's place was a bit of a drive for me but totally WORTH IT.
I got my machine back after 10 days and I can't even believe it's mine. It runs so smoothly and more quietly than before. And it's clean! Dave not only repaired my machine, but he oiled it up and cleaned it as well.
Dave was completely worth the drive and money and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I took my machine in to Dave. It's hard to find someone to work on a 50s era machine these days. No problem for Dave! I was told about 2 weeks, maybe a little longer to clean and repair. It only took 10 days. And they were closed 4 of those days. Pricing is very reasonable. He even apologized for charging me to fix the bobbin winder!!! And who in this day and age says, here is my card. My cell phone number is on there. If you need something when we are closed, give me a call?!?! Well Dave, you won my business and I will be recommending you to anyone that needs sewing machine work. Thanks!

Dave worked some magic on my old sewing machine!! This guy is just true blue. He could've given me some story about how my machine needed a new canuter valve and I probably would've bought it. He didn't. He was honest and I'll never go anywhere else. My sister took her machine into Moore's and they wanted over $150 just to take it apart and LOOK AT IT. Grateful to have found Dave!!
