Understanding that end of life issues raise so many emotions in clients - grief, concern, stress, confusion - I strive to bring an empathetic as well as a sympathetic approach to my clients' needs. My principal area of practice involves aiding our clients with the administration of an Estate and the preparation of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Transfer Tax return.

It was a pleasure working with the law office of Halligan & Keaton. My husband and I first met Bill Halligan when we set up our wills many years ago. Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable and the whole process was a positive experience for us. I turned to him again when my mother needed to create her will. Selaine was wonderful from start to finish. My sister and I first met with her while my mother was terminally ill and she gave us an overview of what we should be doing. When my mother passed, she was able to guide us through a process that we had never been through. She was always very responsive to emails and phone calls and took her time explaining things.
