Our wide range of services are designed to accommodate your religious and personal traditions through an honorable and affordable funeral rite of your choosing.
Pre-Planning your funeral will ensure that you are in control of your funeral plans. This allows the visitation, ceremony, and method of disposition to be carried out according to your wishes. In addition, details such as clothing, music and reading choices, and the inscription on your headstone could all be set forth in your funeral plan.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
Some of the deceased's family members may be able to receive Social Security benefits if the deceased person worked long enough under Social Security to qualify for benefits. You should get in touch with Social Security as soon as you can to make sure the family receives all of the benefits to which it may be entitled.

They did an unbelievable job taking care of my mother. She had a hard battle of cancer and put us through a long battle with her. Luckily these folks took care of her even transporting her from Texas all the way up here to PA they know how to get things done correctly and are totally understanding and every single way they even took care of setting up our dinner or lunch after..
Completely family-owned and family cared for definitely made me feel better about my mother being cared for the best thanks so much guys I can't thank you guys enough!

Our family had the best experience through Szafraneki Eberlein. We knew that the details would be handled with graciousness and heartfelt compassion. My dear mother wore a gorgeous dress which they had for her. The church service was livingly coordonated. Not one hitch happened. Thank you Paul and family.

Szafranski/Eberlein Funeral Home is a lovely quaint venue worth driving or walking past to enjoy the beautiful flower boxes and wonderful landscaping done in a small space.
Paul, Diane and their team are professional, accessible, friendly and sensitive. They answered all questions regarding our mom’s funeral at any time during the planning process. Our desire was to give our mother a beautiful farewell reflective of her own unique personal style. We were able to achieve a very uplifting occasion for all mom’s family and friends thanks to Diane and Paul.

I wanted to personally Thank You and Diane for your kind words, support and guidance. I can only begin to image how big your hearts must be to embrace such sorrow on a daily basis. Great compassion gifts your family and I was honored to have been touched by yours. You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. My mom would have been so happy if she could have seen herself. You did such a wonderful job. It was 100% improvement from the day she had passed away. My mom felt Blessed having the both of you in her life. She held you both in such high regard.
