In 1980, Sr. Denise received an Associate Degree in Applied Arts in recreational leadership at Suomi College. Sr. Denise possessed a warm personality and a great passion for. Beloved husband of the late John "Jake" Lydon; loving mother of Mary Diane, Stephen and the late Bill and Bob Lydon; grandmother of Remo and Christopher Marino; sister of the late Henry Kierski, Henrietta Rush, Charles Kierski and Sophie Kelly.

The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
