Paid him $1,000 up front to work on getting a ten year old case reduced to misdemeanor as stated in agreement back then. He wouldn’t return my phone calls, or emails, and didn’t do anything and just kept my money!

Was my court appointed attorney on my case against the executive inn hotel while at the same time he was the counties attorney against the property did not use his ethics to disclose this info to me .... would not let me file fast and speedy to get my trail.
