Our patented suspension system allows each wheel to move up and down independently smoothing out uneven turf. The deck of the mower works in conjunction with the suspension system to provide a consistent cut. This system virtually eliminates shock to the chassis, resulting in superior operator comfort, increased mowing speeds, stability and extended mower life.

Gave me a price on a part, when it arrived they wanted $110 more because of THEIR shipping error on cost. I offered to accept their new price if they handled the tax, which was slightly less than half of the $110 increase ontop of the quoted price, they refused. Lie to your customer and don’t even try to make it right. Do business somewhere else.

They need to start doing 0 star options! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I just spoke with a woman on the phone who I could tell from the start had an attitude. I asked her a question if a certain tire needed a tube. She stated “I don’t know” in a very arrogant tone!! You don’t know? You are suppose to be helping me, you are suppose to be the professional!

Fantastic service!! I had an older Ferris mower recently serviced. I needed new fluids, new belts, new tubes, system flush, basically a minor overhaul. When i got it back it was like night and day!! The tractor is like new. Even during these times the service was outstanding. My only constructive criticism is developing better way to update clients who are waiting. Maybe an end of the day/week service up date. Besides that outstanding service, thank you!!

I have been customer for many year, last visit to dealer the workers/owner did not wear masks as required by law. But they look at you with 2 heads and tell you to put mask on. I have spent over $10,000 on parts there never had a problem, I wanted to exchange a cross threaded oil filter. I went to exchange the filter the owner took me in back of building and spit in my face (no mask) yelling at me to not ever say I got a bad part in front of a customer. I did get refunded for part and will certainly never go back there. These people are nothing special, please people learn to do your own repairs

Today I had the absolute best experience with a power equipment shop in my 15 years as an owner of a landscaping company. I bought a new Ferris from Stephen Roy about 3 months ago and I recently had an issue with one of the pulleys on the deck that resulted in a shredded belt. I brought the machine in on a Saturday with no warning to the shop and… they had my mower fixed and back up and cutting in less than one hour!!! And I’m not talking just changing a belt here, they needed to change a pulley that they didn’t even have in stock but they came up with one anyway. And while they
