Needed somewhere to quickly fix my snowblower and F & F power came up. I called them early in the morning on Thursday, they picked up same day. Both the customer service lady and the driver who picked up the equipment were very nice and super helpful answering my questions about the process.
I received my snowblower the next day, delivered and they text you with a link to track the delivery in real time.
I would definitely use them again .

The amount of professionalism Colleen and Jeff possess goes unmatched. They were so knowledgeable on their products and happily answered the hundred questions I had. I felt so comfortable as they walked me through the process of getting all my equipment for the snow and some other things. I will never go anywhere else after doing business with F&F Power. Absolute nightmare. Brought my snowblower here for carburetor replacement. They returned it after months but I noticed that it was leaking oil. I immediately reported the issue to them. First they wouldn't take accountability. Finally agreed to take it back to "look into the issue". Kept making excuses for 2 MONTHS but in reality they never even bothered to look at it. I finally gave up and asked to return it back as-is before the snow storm we're expecting. They said they will return it but every time I called I got a new excuse. I ended up renting a uhaul truck the night before the snow storm

I would highly recommend this company for both sales and service. I Have bought several pieces of equipment from them That I have also had serviced over the past several years. I can honestly say that the customer service here far exceeds other dealers and service centers. The pick-up and delivery service is also amazing. I would highly recommend this business to both the commercial guys and the homeowners. They have all the major brands in stock. You are in great hands!

Landscaping: I do all my own landscaping and at times need equipment and repair to my tools/machines. This year I rented an aerator from F&F Power. They have a new aerator that worked beautifly. Also, I needed to have my riding mower serviced and again I relied on F&F. They did a complete and thorough tune-up of my mower and it works like new. I want to thank Colleen for setting the timeline of maintenance and delivery. I also want to say that F&F went above and beyond when I needed my blade changed again as I ran over a large rock. I could not remove the blade and Rich B came over and removed

Very impressed with the customer service. I recently purchase two gravely HD 52” zero turn mowers. Colleen was amazing and answered all of our questions. My brother and I were able to purchase these machines for less than the competitors pricing while able to obtain the new Kawasaki engine.
They let us borrow their trailer so we were able to transport the machines back to Medfield and Westwood.
I would highly recommend F&F.

I decided to surprise my bf with a zero turn lawn mower for his birthday. I went to F & F Power Equipment and they were phenomenal, specifically Colleen who was the associate who greeted me and helped me decide which lawn mower to purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the equipment which helped me make my decision in what best suited my bf’s birthday gift.

I had a great experience with F&F Power Equipment. I called them and asked if they could fix my riding mower that wouldn’t start from sitting all winter. Colleen scheduled to have my machine picked up the same day and returned it within a week. It is running like brand new. I will definitely be using them again in the winter for my snowblower.

Like the local pizza joint the same goes for your small engine repair shop. You're very lucky to have Jeff in town and you should cultivate your relationship with him. Think about winter and a snow storm with a broken snow blower. How about summer and the fourth of July barbecue and your lawn mower breaks on the third. Good guy to know.
