Our realtor recommended that we speak with David Faber at George Mason Mortgage and I would definitely recommend the same for you. He is excellent! So responsive and quick, even after 4pm on a Friday. David will make you feel at ease right away, and he is so friendly, professional, and helpful. Definitely call and ask for him if you need a quote or lender for your mortgage. He will take care of you and make sure that you get a great rate, and 5 star service on top of that.

We're convinced that Chad Loube and Brittany (Muth) Kendall at George Mason Mortgage don't sleep; at least, we were never able to tell. Brandon R. was not knowledgeable to information that he should have been well aware of. He assured my husband and I that my husband did not qualify to be exempt from the VA funding fee due to my husband not being 20 percent or more disabled-- not knowing we were previously informed from other lenders that he only needed 10% to qualify (which is the percentage he was at the time). When we brought it up to him the first time he reassured us that it was indeed 20 percent.. after the second encounter of discussing qualifications and us knowing that my husband only had to be 10 percent disabled to qualify

This review is for Marcela Morales, a loan officer at GMM. The best thing we can say is that we would not hesitate to work with Marcela again. She really knows her stuff, and she answered all of our many questions promptly and clearly, often late into the night. The mortgage approval process is so complicated these days with nothing left to chance, so you really need a dependable, knowledgeable, thorough and good-hearted person to assist you. Brian Kempf was great to work with. When I was shopping around for loans, he was the only salesman I worked with who was completely honest with me, which was appreciated because I'm a first-time home buyer. He made an effort to get me the best deal possible, and made himself available at all hours.

I worked with Brian Kempf for a VA home loan. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Brian. He took the time to explain all aspects of the process and was $30 off of his original estimate. Everything he told me on the first day played out exactly as he said it would. Also from start to close the loan took all of 2 weeks. When its time to get another house I will use Brian again.

My husband and I have worked with John Peterman at GMM twice--a year ago to buy a home and again this year to refinance. I explained our mortgage needs (which were somewhat special), and showed him the quotes from two other lenders. John offered us extraordinary mortgages, far exceeding the other lenders' offers. Let me just say that WILL AND NANCY Jacobs has really gone above and beyond their call of duty to help me in my first time home buying situation.
