LGB Properties began back in 1999, after Larry Bosley retired as Superintendent of Schools and began his educational consulting business. He decided a home-based business was not for him, and ended up buying a building in the Borough of Kennett Square to run his new venture. Always the handyman, Larry ran his consulting business during the day and began renovating the building on nights and weekends.
Before any project begins, the team at LGB Properties seeks to understand the local market conditions, the client's business plan, and the end-users needs to assure highly responsive solutions are developed. LGB factors in all national codes, standards, and risk management strategies and uses the latest in modeling techniques to design commercial buildings that work, and work efficiently.
