Collum's Lumber Products L.L.C is a fourth generation family owned business located in the South Carolina lowcountry. Founded in the 1930s by U.W. Collum as a planer mill in Batesburg SC, producing only dressed lumber; the business has grown to be a leading competitor in the Southeastern Southern Yellow Pine lumber market.
Our land management and procurement division is responsible for buying standing timber and land to meet the demand of the sawmill. This division is comprised of nine individuals with over 200 years collectively in the forest products and timber business. They are responsible for buying standing timber and land to meet the demand of the sawmill, as well as the in-woods chipper operations.
Collum's Lumber Products, LLC is capable of exporting lumber (treated and white), logs (bark on or off), poles, or chips. We are capable of putting these in containers or exporting through break bulk means. Our ideal proximity to the ports of Charleston and Savannah make transportation easy. We have rail on site which also adds to our ability to export.

Not the place. The product is terrible, always purchased Cox lumber and it was always dry, never had mildew issues on porches, decks. Used Collums for our deck and screened porch . Has been used 2 years and the lumber splinters, splits and mildews. Properly kiln dryer wood should not have issues like this. We never experienced this with Cox.

Never had an issue waiting too long or getting in & out...pretty simple...as you pull in, pull straight up to the office which is on your right & give him/her your pick-up number....you don't even have to move once you walk back to your truck because they load you right next to the shipping office!!👍🏼 Well atleast I have had to stay right there to get loaded but some trucks do have to pull down to another area to get loaded...then you lay out your 6 or 7 pieces of dunnage, forklift driver will load you with the big forklift (which I like because they'll pick up the entire stack of lumber
